Why was I banned

There’s no ban on your account, try the steps below:
Banned but no reason in ban page?

All bans will be accompanied by a reason. If you see a ban screen without any reason it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are banned. It means your IP has been banned at some point. There are various reasons for this, including:
  • You’re using a VPN that is being blocked by the site
  • Your country or state is blocked and/or it’s blocking the site
  • An alternate account of yours (either registered or a guest account) has been banned
  • The host might be blacklisted
  • A bug. Try clearing history/cache
  • Someone else's account had the IP that you now have, and that account was banned
To try to fix this, you can try:
  1. Clearing your cookies and cache which is explained here, then either (2) or (3) depending on the device you are using
  2. If you are on a phone, restart it or flick airplane mode on then off again. Try accessing chat again
  3. If you are on a PC running Windows, Go to Start, type cmd and open the Command Prompt. Type ipconfig /release and press enter
When it's done its thing and you can type again, type ipconfig /renew then hit enter. Try accessing chat again
  4. If none of the above works are you are able to access your internet router you could try restarting that and trying again
  5. If all else fails, you will need to send your IP address in private message to the admin of the room that you are banned from. They can then investigate further.

No problem 🙂.
Thread can now be closed, there is no ban on this account
I noticed this in at least another thread you requested closure for regarding the same issue.

There are cases where users will get the ban screen despite not having a ban on the account at all.
This might range from a vpn issue, an ip issue, or even just a bug—all of which are mentioned in the second post at: https://forum.chat-avenue.com/threads/how-to-raise-a-complaint-about-a-kick-or-ban.941369/

The user does seem to have re-entered the room though so I do agree that it can be closed now.
