Somewoman’s thread about The Constitution, The United Nations, and their applicability to kicks from Chat Rooms

See, I'll explain:
The only problem I have with invisible rules could be the same as the problem I have with invisible swords.
I'm not asking for a political debate, either. -- which could sound condescending, but I meant no harm with this remark.
Clearly, the mod should update the rules if you expect me to not generally discuss a normal topic within the scope of limitation applied to the rules in the private company, or in the chat, which brought me here.
What I said here, is in no way related to any ordeals, or any arguments not brought forth in this discussion, which essentially applies only and not moderated, in the description in the original query.
To keep things short:
What rules did I break?
When did I break this rule in a similar offense?
When offense isn't my way...
Surely, I will be obnoxious, but I'm not trying to break an (invisible rule).

Since we are now in the EE section I’ll make some comments.

I think you have two issues here that may intersect but are different.

1. You feel your right to free speech has been violated.
2. You don’t understand what rules you broke.

For #2 the best person to answer that is the room admin. So you should patiently wait for her to respond to that issue. Full stop.

For #1 you don’t seem to be grasping a simple concept. This is a privately owned website and the owners have created their own rules which they expect people who use this site to follow.

Here’s an example: if the owners had a rule that said “Anyone posting that pineapples on pizza is delicious will be immediately kicked for 2 hours” then you could be kicked for 2 hours if you said that.
It has nothing to do with free speech. Free speech is about freedom from GOVERNMENT interference.

So you can yell all you want about free speech and discrimination but it simply doesn’t apply here.

(P. S. I’m working on getting that rule implemented. Hopefully soon 🤞🏻 )

You know what, you people have given me enough fun here, and to practice law, through my statements isn't really warranted.
Forget about what I asked.

Next time, just reply to such things with: "You were moderated".. it's a lot shorter and can save you many backlash.
See, if I hated you guys, I'd really not speak at all in this thread.

But I like fugging with you since you fugged with me... 🙂
 
So, save your defense -- also not going to read it.
For me it's enough satisfaction knowing my arguments would have won, regardless of what your laws say.
 
And thank you for your amusing statements, I love it when people take effort.
Besides, you've known me for a long time now.
I really push a bit sometimes.
It's head trauma, I know, not being handicapped though.
