Except that Maga and Project 25 want unions eliminated and also elimination of all employee protections eliminated. So the question is valid. I would say in my job does not matter.

The people who I think shouldn't be accepted in the workplace goes as follows.
The people who look at their phone constantly.
The people whining about how hard their life is, and how the job is so difficult.
The lazy ones.
The no call no show, and call outs 24/7.
The people with few to no manners, who blame everybody else over any and everything.
The end.
It shouldn't be based on your personal attributes what so ever. Do I disagree with trans people in some way of course, but that isn't a reason to not accept them or push them in a unwanted category. Everybody deserves a fair chance and to be treated correctly no matter what they are, who they are etc.
