All chocolate?! I've found I do better with dark than milk. And I'll partake in a piece of dark or 3 every once in a while but then I'll be good for months and months .
Mine was part "Heal Your Headache" , I read the book but there's now audio for it, and part trial and error with my Drs. At one point all I ate were Saltines and cottage cheese. And I'm still finding out. Stuff that once was ok is no longer. We've added medication back to it ( unavoidable really due to other issues) but we're careful and add/delete only what really truly works together. Headache/migraine free is something I will never be, but manageable is something It is.
