Hes already a good golfer, they got out alot this summer because their tee times will be limited next year by the deep playoff run.

I’m sorry I think your team is a bubble team. I think your defense is terrible along with questionable in net. Offensive stuff is there undoubtedly. I also think St. Louis is out.
So I just left the cottage at about 2... nothing but my phone blowing up about the potential of trading Knies. I was torn, no way, dont trade Knies, guy is a stud top 6, signed for 8mil long term... but the media just hasnt let this go, so there must be something there.
Yeah we just traded him for a big upgrade, Marchenko is a 6'3 stud right winger, we have the left covered, and signed now for 12.5 over 6. Great deal and he is an upgrade over Knies as much as I liked Knies, this is a win for the Leafs.
This overall trade, was a steal for the Leafs.

I didnt hate my teams performance, they clearly looked like a team with a ton of turnover, but had quite a bit of pop in some shifts. Marchenko looks like the real deal and Matthews looked healthy. Nylander was a beast on that second goal. Our PP needs work, that should have been a difference maker and it was just flat.
We were good up until the last five minutes of that game. We don’t have it easy next game because it’s Tampa. I don’t know if you have cable. But on TNT tomorrow there’s like two games. Colorado and one then you have the battle of Pennsylvania.

I’m impressed that we won this game. Don’t get me wrong. I am also impressed that Igor scored a goal. But i am more impressed that we killed off 6 out of 6 power plays against the team that’s usually always in the top in that category.
The fact that Ron’s done it with intention twice. It’s been said that Igor has been compared to Mike Smith in terms of his hand handling the puck.

If they were to somehow land Hellebuyck, and I doubt Winnipeg would deal with them, they win the cup.
I’m saying Detroit is making progress. And with a legitimate goaltender that progress would speed up they’re nowhere near winning the cup anytime soon, but I think they could be a playoff team.

Matthews though was the story, he was dominant, 4 points, strong on the puck again, making plays, showing that hes a legit game breaker!

Alex is a young defenseman with a lot of promise to be fair. He should be getting power playtime. Apparently he’s good enough to quarterback.
But Back to the point that I was gonna make I like the Rangers but I’ll follow hockey as a whole so if there’s any news that I find out or anything on any team.
Any team looking to trade with Toronto and Toronto does not include Easton in the package is a no starter for me because Easton is a young up-and-coming forward who can play and your team really needs defense right now.
On the flipside though i would not trade Easton for a veteran defenseman who’s only going to be playing like 1-2yrs more in the league.
You know more than me on Leafs and you could give me an example. Is there anyone other than Easton that’s good enough to be given up? That has potential and promise? (Excluding Goalies.)
Looks like @Whos_Laffing_now we signed Luke Glendenning to a 1yr deal. I guess it’s a temporary fix for the fourth line and he could kill some penalties.

it's crazy how that last game became an OT game, especially when the Rangers killed the penalty. You should probably stop thinking of this goalie as trade bait, and actually see him as a competent back up who plays as a starter.
Well, here’s the thing when he comes back. I think he should be the backup. he’s playing well enough and deserves it.
