since before boba fett became mod (hairy assburgers) hes been harrassing me. i left chat bc it was getting unreal. while i was gone he would harrass other users accusing them of being me. when i rejoined chat he was mod (how the hell did tht happen) now hes constantly muting and kicking me after he harrasses me or has his friends like schism or clambake harrass me. im not the only user he does this too. and when u get muted or kicked he claims tht he has previously warned u to stop 15+ mins prior even tho he hasnt. hr ive talked to u privately and told u he does this. idc about modship or anything.. but ur mod needs to stop hes killin the damn room.

You started going on about how you didn't want the covid vaccine and everybody who disagreed was a Biden voter and I, and some other people disagreed and calmly debated you about the science of the claims you were making. If you have screenshots they would show this. Otherwise calm the hell down. Just because people don't agree with you doesn't make it harassment.

As for the harassment, I dont harass you. You were debating with Schism about vaccines and calling other users names for supporting the vaccines. You made an inappropriate post towards a user, I warned you and 15 minutes later you made a sexually lewd comment towards another user so I muted you.

After you were muted, you started tagging me claiming I muted you for being anti vaxx. I told you why you were muted and you continued. I warned you twice for it, you didnt listen. In between those warnings you claimed you were screen recording chat and threatening to have myself and other mods removed. After the second warning, you went on for a few more minutes, mini modding by telling me to mute a user for calling you a snowflake and claiming you're being harassed and I need to do my job.

You were then kicked, came back and started again but I let it go because it was only one post.

You've been threatening to have the new mods removed all week, and were all doing our jobs. You were muted and kicked for harassment and disruptive chat.

I attached the wrong SS, that was from last night, when the room was calm and you logged in randomly accusing you of talking about you when I wasn't, trying to bait me into an argument. I'll attach the SS of you mini modding now.

As for the rest of the post, that's false. You actually came back asking for me, then pmed me asking if I could "ban" your profile, I said no, but I'll see what HR can do, so I messaged him. The next day you were posting like you didn't want to be banned, which it's whatever, none of my business. I talked to HR about the need for a mod during the later hours when users get aggressively more abusive and it ruined the room. My kick history shows I have only one post that I was kicked for and moved on. If all of these things you and someone else accuse me of, there would be a vast kick history involved as there are with serial trolls.

Also, mentioning other sites is against the rules, nor was I banned from the site, I simply got tired of the toxicity and there were no mods.

I didn't SS that but other users were there when you mentioned it. It was before I had to start warning you so I thought nothing of it..record the room, have at it, submit it for the Movie Guild for "Best Independent Film of the Year". The only people who have a problem with me are the instigators who were used to getting away with things when mods weren't on.

No offense to you aflyingdonut but you are new to General chat and came over from another room, you do not know the history of Boba Fett as a chatter before becoming a mod himself, don't defend him simply because he is another mod and you got your little mod brotherhood going on and feel the need to defend each other regardless. Boba Fett used to hit on Sandra a lot and even tried adding her on snap multiple times, he obsessed over her in a serious creepy way, he used to get kicked from chat for obsessing over her and other ******** too much, it is why everyone is shocked he became a mod. The dude is insecure of other male ******** such as myself, he reaches for reasons to kick/mute people he doesn't like, yet he sits back and allows those that kiss his ass to troll those he does not like. This mod needs to be fired before ******** start quitting and the room dies again.

I never did any of those. I do not find her attractive and if allowed, I'd show her sitting on my block list.

Nothing you've said can be proven. Stop trying to triangulate people and gaslight. You both have a history of doxxing people and posting users nudes.

I offered to be a mod to stop the late night garbage. Nothing more. I'm a helper who handles anyone including people I like. Most like me, a handful like you.

Apparently there was some arguing with the mod about this mute- which led to a 10 or 15 minute kick. Seems to be an ongoing issue of OP *mini modding* which is against current Gen Chat Rules https://forum.chat-avenue.com/threads/general-chat-rules.16570/

No mod has ever reported to me having seen the kinds of behaviour that Snoogles allege-OP didnt either.

Mods are picked by how they interact on this site and in our room-not anywhere else that may not be factual and NOT picked according to the standards of Snoogles- (who has his own colorful history in other rooms here, and a huge credibility hurdle to overcome)

OP answered- comments like yours can draw a mute-and arguing over it can and did lead to a short kick. I cant see anything wrong with what this mod did- and we dont take orders from drama queens like Snoogles. I would respectfully request this be closed please. @purplerose @Kim
