By your logic that you've used with me when I pointed out I was massively uncomfortable with you using racist slang against fellow ********, yOu StArTeD tHiS. Don't butt in when you have no place and JUST MAYBE, I won't make comments towards you. As you're not the admin I asked, I'm going to disregard the advice. I'll wait for HR to have something to say about it since he made the rules, he should know how to appropriately respond.
 
Avi, I was not abusing mods, or being anarchist or any of that ****. At first I was having a personal joke with Drew, Then I ignored my kick, didn't complain about it at all, came back in to chat, mentioned I like a song and got kicked again. Only now am I saying something.

I think it was an isolated few times, and unlike the snowflakes in this thread, I'm not wailing like it's the end of the world. Maybe you should look at the others in chat, including those in here, who created disruptions and drama daily then get mad when they get muted and kicked.

And let me say that whatever I said or did in the past, I accept full responsibility for and simultaneously apologize.

But you're okay when your pal Smokeyyy and others use even worse slang against me. I take responsibility for what I said, and I was kicked and/or muted without hassle or objection from me. But as I said before, and while I'm not right in doing so, I did fight fire with fire. I wasn't right for doing so, but it's what I did, and I accept full responsibility for my actions.

As for the matter in these threads, I stand by what I said, and I've continuously observed rudeness and disrespect towards mods and admin alike.
 
HR, Oh btw, using the name Drunken mod, isn't cloning or abusing because there's no one else in the room with that name, drunken mod was my old name after I stopped modding, if you wanted to know, it was a commentary on people constantly saying I was drunk with power and kicking unfairly. It's got nothing to do with whatever drama you perceive to be going on right now, because dude, the world is dying from Covid and gen chat just ain't that important really, you know.

I would have been perfectly happy to explain this if you had asked. Also kicking me again when I asked if you were coherent and conscious after refusing to answer my question about why was I kicked isn't abusive modding, it's a legitimate question on your mental state while administrating a room that has underage ******** in it, just sayin'.

But kudos for not posting a new thread in general forums this time, I mean I know you didn't actually create this thread, but I mean, who knows what you're thinking, right?
 
Can we also KINDLY and POLITELY address the fact that even if we ******** do drop something, the mods and admins still instigate fights until they can get a rise out of ******** who just want to not see bullshit being spoken about them in main after the matter is settled? Y'all call us the cause of the drama but honestly, this wasn't a massive issue until I asked that you guys STOP the drama talk in main, and asked why it's okay for mods and admins to do this but not the ********? Like please address this, it's actually a problem and something we've all seen getting abused a lot more again as of late.

What needs to be addressed is the absolutely unwarranted negative attitudes from multiple people in the room, including you, towards people like me and the other mods and admin whoo are doing their best to keep general Chat an enjoyable place.

As I said, as a new moderator, I'm not going to tolerate harassment on the main room. You'll be muted, and if that doesn't work, kicks will be issued. It should be noted that, from what I heard, singles chat has been kicking general Chat folks on sight, so clearly the problem is with people like you.

Drop the drama, or be dropped out of the room.

.....wow you're high as hell. I don't approve of ANYONE doing that, and I've explained as much to you, now and in the past. You don't take responsibility, you rage and rage until you get kicked when you've gotten any form of punishment for this. You act like I don't have eyeballs and don't know whats gone on....Seriously.

Again, you were not present for the topic currently being discussed, you have no valid reason to assume that anyone is in the wrong or right. But I know, now that you're a mod ( god only knows why ) you gotta stick up for them cause they're clearly in need of it. Not like these things don't get closed with no resolution almost all the damn time.

Are there cases of people being jerks to mods and admins just cause? Of course. I'm one of the last ones to say this doesn't happen at all and all people who make complaints are always in the right. But if you have no idea, you really have no business here, nor any to judge. Just because mods/admins and ******** have a disagreement doesn't make it automatically one person at fault or the other. This general " Mods/admins" cannot sin" mentality is why rooms go to ****. Sometimes no ones at fault too. PLEASE USE A SINGLE BRAIN CELL FOR ONCE.

And I guess the times I took responsibility in the past, and again just now, were deliberately and selectively ignored. Not my problem. I have and always will accept responsibility when I know I've erred.

I mean, I know CM does not give two shakes of a cocktail mixer over the people who supposedly mod and admin his sites rooms, but still, you may not want to get the nickname of Hitler mod, you know.

I am not anti mod at all, in fact I think they are necessary for keeping the chat room safe for all. I am friends with a few mods, actually. I just don't agree with personal vendettas dictating who gets kicked and what for. I WAS kicked in error, and that is what I am talking about. I think mods do an important job and I highly agree with their presence to kick ******** who are doxing, sharing nudes, or preying on minors or other ********. In fact, if you'll read my comments on other posts you'll see I've spoken about this before.

I was one of the main people FIGHTING to get people like smokey banned. But you equate to disagreeing with a behavior you're doing with accepting the behavior of another. I do not. I don't tolerate it. You have repeatedly exploded on me for asking you not to do so. You can't say you take responsibility when you have time and time again deflected your own abhorrent actions because of childish logic of "BUT HE DID IT FIIIIIIRRRRRSSST". That's no excuse, and I've relayed as much to you. You're an adult and should know better. But instead, you'll walk the path of an angry petulant bigot who isn't getting pampered enough when someone tells you to stop what you're doing. That's why I put you on ignore originally, because there's no point in arguing with a child.

Everyone who's verbally harassing the mods and admin (trying to keep general Chat a fun place) are the real issue, and their behavior makes it look like it's fine to attack sorry m authority.

And I couldn't care less what I'm labeled or called. I'll do my best to enforce rules and keep general Chat sane, no matter what.
 
None of this, however, is a proper answer from HR about how to handle those names or speaking with people with those names ( since nearly half the room is guilty of this ) so that WE DONT GET IN TROUBLE AGAIN FOR IT. Nor does it address the problem with instigation going on more frequently.
