So the original arena they played in the Nassau, Veterans Memorial Coliseum, which is about less then 30mins from me. It’s still there but was updated and slightly smaller by like 6000-800 seats. But at least 20 to 25 years ago Arena Football came to LI there called themselves The Long Island or New York Dragons they partnered with Islanders. Team does not exist anymore though. But Mascot is still around though.
