Account dissappear

I haven't logged on in awhile but my account was vip so I assumed it wouldnt be deleted automatically. But even doing forgot password or trying to sign in with email now says no account found.

I think, you need to create a new user-account.
But don't buy a VIP-plan, ortherwise you will lose youre money, if you are offline for a while.
Than will youre account be deleted automaticly again.
