Good evening to all. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. I have anxiety and another medical condition. I freak out in big crowds and i feel overwhelmed. I start freaking out and getting scared. I don't do well with strangers so being at a concert makes me super nervous. It has part to do with my other medical condition but i'm afraid to say it bc i get bullied. Anyway thank you for reading. I will appreciate any advice anyone has.

Have you talked to your parents about it? Maybe they can get you to see a doctor to discuss things and see what the right thing for you would be, whether it’s medicine or not.

I've told them part of it but i don't think they fully understand
They are not going to fully understand with out you telling them. I have Tourette Syndrome and Functional Neurological Disorder so I do understand social anxiety. I agree with @DarthErica, you should speak with your parents and make them understand, and discuss it with your health care provider. There are medications today that can greatly help.

um... hey... @GothandRock ... I know anxiety feels like...

sometimes my hands tremble and I say mean things to myself, but it gets better when you chat with someone and connect with them (doesn't mean they're your friend right away tho)...

everything can be stressful sometimes, but life goes on and you can't regret what you did yesterday because you survived it...

don't stress about doing everything fast, judged, or bullied... everyone has those feelings sometimes, that's why they try to act cool...

to be honest, I never went to a concert and usually avoid people in general... I just bottle up some feelings yk...?

but, look... I used to struggle with speaking and couldn't pronounce words or sounds... but, hey not anymore... I learned over the years...

hope everything is ok and if you want to talk I'm here... kind of a expert on these things... lol...

um... idk, wat i'm doing, lol...

Dealing with anxiety can be challenging, and seeking advice and support is a positive step. It's essential to consult with a healthcare professional to discuss various options available for managing anxiety. They can provide information about both traditional and alternative treatments, which may include therapy, medication, or lifestyle changes. Personally I take vitamins from Canadian Pharmacy to maintain my mental health. There you can read about different supplements which help with anxiety. Remember that you're not alone in this journey, and many people have successfully overcome anxiety with the right guidance and support.

I totally get it, big crowds can be super overwhelming, especially with anxiety and another medical condition. You don't have to share anything you're not comfortable with, your privacy is important. Taking small steps to get used to crowds, like starting with small gatherings, might help. Having a trusted friend or family member with you can also make a big difference. Remember, it's okay to prioritize your own needs and take care of yourself.

There are apps, which will tell you the best times to shop- that have the least amount of other customers in a store, Thats one way to avoid crowds. I get what youre saying about not saying your other medical condition, people can be nasty here, as they are elsewhere on the internet.

CBD, has some great potential and works for a lot of people. It can take some time, but specialists can guide you on how to use it. Getting good excercise can help, so can reducing junk food, sugars and caffeine. Certain vitamins help as do certain foods. Sometimes, sitting down and writing, why am I worried about being in crowds at a concert. What makes me worry? Then take the steps you think might help. Like, can I get tickets so im not right in the middle of the crowd. Looking at the layout of the venue so you can plan a way to leave if needed. Go with a friend thats understand your struggle.

Talking to some sort of therapist can help. You got this 🙂

Making some lifestyle changes will surely help like get good sleep, spend time with nature, try to include healthy foods in your diet, listen to calming music.

Always thought anxiety was a personal issue not a health 🥱

The brain has special chemicals, called neurotransmitters, that send messages back and forth to control the way a person feels. Serotonin and dopamine are two important neurotransmitters. If these become disrupted, they can cause feelings of anxiety and depression.

You should seek professional help, if you already want to talk about it here it is basically the same thing if you talk to a shrink.
