Any advice For anxiety?.

Good evening to all. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. I have anxiety and another medical condition. I freak out in big crowds and i feel overwhelmed. I start freaking out and getting scared. I don't do well with strangers so being at a concert makes me super nervous. It has part to do with my other medical condition but i'm afraid to say it bc i get bullied. Anyway thank you for reading. I will appreciate any advice anyone has.
Hi..

Sorry my response was cut off. The suggestions/ responses that i have read could be right. From my end- my suggestions are: 💕limit mobile screen time, & spend more time with families & friends; 💕 meditate & pray ; 💕 get some calm pets for you 🥰💕 or get some cute plants for you to tend!

outdoor activities tends to physically stimulate us & thus gives us more happy brain chemicals 😊

🙏 i wish you well & sending much happier thoughts for you! 💓

Thank you all for your comments and advice. I started off with SEVERE anxiety which is why i made this thread.. I've recently started to get it under control. I haven't had any episodes in about 2 months. I've taken some of your advice, i can't say who because being fully honest i can't remember names.

It might help to start with some simple mindfulness practices, like deep breathing exercises or grounding techniques, which can make a surprising difference. Physical activity, even something like a short walk, is also a great way to calm your mind. If you're considering medication, a chat with your doctor could be beneficial to explore options. Trusted resources like Canadian Pharmacy provide information on anti-anxiety medications, including natural supplements and lifestyle recommendations, which might be worth looking into if you're exploring different approaches. Hang in there, and remember, even small steps forward can help!

I tried taking one medication but it actually made things worse. It made me rlly tired and jumpy idk why though.
Some medications are not helpful. there are genetic tests now that can lead to choosing the medication that's best for you. if you have had bad experiences, I would push for it.
