Are people in prison allowed on here?

I have proof of a user who is currently in prison on drug trafficking and is banned in Gen chat (or was). I've never seen this question asked, but I figured I'd ask. I personally don't think they should even be allowed a phone or the ability to communicate with the outside World. On another chat site, there was a guy who cat fished women and ended up being an inmate in for life for killing and robbing a pawn shop owner.

@DynamicDylan I can provide proof if need be. He just swung by and helped himself to a mild stroke and spammed the room about rabbis. He think he might be listening to too much Ye.

As someone who spends a large part of my time here identifying and kicking out pedos I strongly disagree with your comment that they are “ welcomed and protected” here. Stop trolling. 🤦🏻‍♂️

American prisons allow the use of computers internet and gaming systems. it depends on quite a few variables but it does happen. cell phones are known to be smuggled in. but every 'legit' phone call is made through the system. which is also set up with video chatting.

Imagine doing over a decade of prison time and you just started your sentence but your first thought is "I wonder if that guys on Chat Ave right now, let me log on with the prison wifi"

So basically, you can't answer a basic question and want to go into generic, auto bot Mod mode.

Sorry if a guy who makes death threats, doxxes people, posts racist and anti Semitic comments, is still accessing the site from prison and you have no answer to his question.

I see at least the guy who liked your comment, is responsible for unbanning him even though he constantly harassed one of his mods and threatens to doxx her.

It's a question because there's no rules on it and there should be a rule that doesn't allow people in prison to access a chat room, especially if they're violent and have nothing to lose. I wouldn't expect you to understand, you take forever to ban hardcore porn posters like Sthcalguy and AutisticAvenger who was quickly banned in mobile and Dating Chat.

U never said any of that in ur post 🙄 u said something about a guy on another site catfishing. And u answered ur own question... if he was doing all these things then yes he should be banned.
Him being in prison is insignificant.

I gave it as an example, in case people are unaware that it's common for prisoners to access chat rooms.

We get people claiming they r inmates often as well in acm. I figure its more a code word then true. I just monitor them the same as everyone else 🤷‍♀️
Not an auto bot mod answer i hope... just feel the rules r already set up to cover everyone from all walks of life.

If this chat site is SO horrible and the moderators are SO horrible and the admins are SO horrible…..why do you continue to come here??!?! Are you one of those people that have a compulsive need to complain about everything?!? Do you have a “hero complex“ where you have to save the world and fix everything?!?!
