Are people in prison allowed on here?

I have proof of a user who is currently in prison on drug trafficking and is banned in Gen chat (or was). I've never seen this question asked, but I figured I'd ask. I personally don't think they should even be allowed a phone or the ability to communicate with the outside World. On another chat site, there was a guy who cat fished women and ended up being an inmate in for life for killing and robbing a pawn shop owner.

@DynamicDylan I can provide proof if need be. He just swung by and helped himself to a mild stroke and spammed the room about rabbis. He think he might be listening to too much Ye.

HR hates boba fett so much that he seen a thread that had absolutely nothing to do with him but he just HAD to find a way to come in and start name calling with that "hero complex" **** lmao and now he's getting assblasted harder than the girls in his questionably legal p0rn collections

There was also a man who was in singles a while ago and somebody sent me proof that he was in prison for leaving his infant son in a car in the heat and his son died well the guy found out people knew who he was and never came back his name was flabama something

Bama, I remember. Eminem actually had a line about him in one of his rap songs. I knew about that but that's when we had no ADMIN.

At least Dylan looks into things and isn't like "well he greets everyone in the room is nice, so of course he's going to be nice to a 16 year old".
 
Guys, I'm confused. I don't mean to stick my nose in where it might not belong, but I'm new-ish to the forums and I don't understand something.

The very beginning of the rules for the forums say, "You are free to disagree with others, but if you stoop to personal abuse or attacks, your post(s) will be deleted. If you are insulted by a post, please report the post, but PLEASE DO NOT retaliate." The thread has basically devolved into witchhunting and calling people a few of you seem to personally know out as rulebreakers.

Did you guys report all of these incidents? If so, shouldn't it be settled? If not, isn't that really on you for bringing it up now unrelated? I feel like this is way past over at this point. Boba, what don't you understand about the answer that was given to you for your thread?

The General Chat Admin allows porn in his room and befriends VIP users, especially female, for his own sordid affairs. He allows users to be fixed and closes threads/edits your posts for his own manipulation.

He is the Canadian Jimmy Saville.

There was no answer. I was harassed for even asking the question and this has been a common theme with HR. He derails threads with his personal vendetta, gets it thrown back to him and leaves.

It's a simple yes or no answer and if it's a no, the next question is why would we allow criminals on here?

He let some guy who is banned in other rooms for stalking, doxxing and porn posting, four chances before CM stepped in and banned him. He was posting full on orgy photos and then deleting them, so eventually he was caught but it took four warnings to get him banned. There should be less leniency in a room that has many users who are still in high school. No kids need to see a bunch of that stuff.
 
I thought it was answered by a few people through the thread, yet indirectly. I think the actual answer you're looking for is right there on the logo for the site. At the top left of the forums screen, it says #1 Chat Avenue, free chat rooms for everyone. So if no one else will give you a direct answer, you already had it all along.

Prisoners can use the site just like everyone else. Prisoners who break the rules will be denied use by the site. Does that make sense? It's not really up to the site to police everyone before and after they use the site. If they don't follow the rules while they're here, they should be dealt with then.

It says "for everyone" because it's implying all types of people from different cultures, sexualities and genders, that doesn't mean it includes people promoting their adult content, sex offenders, scammers, racists, etc.

I disagree. People who *want* to do that can probably show up here, right? When they *do* that, they should be removed and dealt with. The site won't take action until someone comes in and breaks a rule, I'd think. So yes, everyone can show up and enjoy the site. What they do and the actions they take while here determine if they should be able to continue to be allowed to use the site.

Edit: Yes, I'm being pedantic. But sometimes that's what it takes to help someone understand that they're really not arguing anything meaningful. Like... what are you suggesting, that when everyone logs on, that they should click a box saying, "No, I am not logging on from prison right now." or how do you suggest we deal with that?
