Female UM?

I made a point in another thread that sometimes, people prefer speaking to a particular gender in regards to issues.

Could we consider getting a female UM for this reason?

A woman reporting sexual harassment might not want to deal with a male, for example. On the other foot, a male might not want to speak to a female... or maybe he does want to speak to a female over more sensitive issues that wouldn't be deemed masculine or something. It could also help to have someone see something from another viewpoint.

Not disregarding current UMs (Well, not the majority of them) being approachable or anything. Just think it might be a nice idea to have both a female and a male in a UM position for moments where this might be the case?

Thoughts?

Sorry. But anyways, yes, we do. It'd level things out and women generally tend to be more empathetic. That's just a scientific fact. I mean, no female UM would classify the sexual harassment and users who say pedophilic things on here as "trolling". That's why I I'm so proud and happy of Leigh for taking over as ADMIN. The users show by example, they feel more comfortable with her around and it helped revive Music Chat. I don't care if I get called a simp. This site isn't a direct reflection of society, it has some of the most evil people society has to offer which is why they come here because the social norm isn't always applied to them and they're able to slip through the cracks.

He's such a sensitive person. It's funny if you remember years ago when he claimed he was liberal. Liberals wouldn't claim this is discriminatory when he literally discriminated in his mod hiring process. He thinks because he's had male mods, his comment about prefering female mods over male mods is nullified.
