I was hit head on by a drunk driver she ran a red light and hit me head on. So that is why anyone would be in pain. I work out every day in physical therapy.

I am so tired. Ugh! I tried sleeping no luck. People outside always partying. So annoying!🙄
 
Today I'm feeling so very sad. Why because? I love Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans. I loved them as a couple. She filled for a divorce. They were a great couple. I dislike seeing failed marriages. I dislike seeing this stuff on the news. I'm a fan of both of them. I saw him once in concert. He's very talented. I'm praying for them both. I wish them all the best in life. I hope she changes her mind and not have the divorce. I wanted them to stay together forever. ❤
 
I am suffering in so much pain. I am in badly body pain. I wish my pain would really go away. I just got off the phone with the doctors office. Appointment this Friday. I wish it was Friday today. Hurts to badly to wait until Friday. I may go to the ER soon.
 
I feel pretty good. Excited after the work out. I see the new routine I follow for the last two months benefits me. I also found many useful tips at NO LINKS on how to improve my heath. So today I'm full of energy.

I am always tired and exhausted. I am always in body pain daily. Nothing new. The story of my life.
 
I'm feeling well. I have had a lot of problems with my health lately as I'm diabetic, but I started to buy victoza online and my blood sugar level is lower now thanks to these meds.
 
actually feeling tired and I got school tomorrow, but I don't feel tired or want to go to sleep. I have no clue bruhv.

You're more than welcome anytime. I got your back. Try to keep smiling. I bet you have a great smile. When I'm down I find something to do or go to Starbucks and get some of my favorite tea. I call it the medicine ball. Most of the time when you ask for the medicine ball tea drink they know what I'm talking about. It's tastes great. You don't have to be sick like the drink sound medicine ball. It has lemonade in it too and of course the teas. I think it's peach and green tea in it. I always get the biggest size tea drink and then I'll use it once more. I been watching football today. I'm thinking about getting a manicure and pedicure tonight. Nails done maybe. Try to find something you like to do. I know it's hard sometimes life is. Hugs! 🤗 If you try the drink they make it very hot temperature wise. Be careful. I wait until it cools down to drink it. But it's so good. I love it. Please give it a try. Hopefully you have Starbucks.

I can be here if you need someone to talk to. Again I on sorry about your uncle and other things you're going through in real life. I care for others. My condolences. Life is full of hurts and pain sometimes. Life is not easy. Life hard sometimes. I'm sorry. Just take one day at a time. I talk to a counselor from time to time. It helps me. I think I'm getting bronchitis again. I'm coughing so badly. I'm tired and my throat hurt. I got my flu shot on October 28, 2022. I haven't been feeling well. It's hard to sleep sometimes for me. I have very bad allergies and very bad asthma. Many times I have a post nasal drip. I take allergy shots and take medicine for allergies and asthma. I feel like it doesn't even work sometimes. Ugh! The story of my life. I'm keeping on keeping on. Hugs for everyone. Have a happy go lucky day.
