I wish I had a high metabolism I’ve always been a fatty at heart and hate physical activity lol! I sucked at all sports and never liked working out 😛
 
I used to hate it too although strangely I've always loved the feeling afterwards. Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment.

I only started to like it when I dropped the attitude that "I'm doing this to look like others" and changed to "I'm doing this for my health". We have some health history in the family that I need to keep in check and that's what motivates me. You just need to find a decent motivation so that you can start finding it enjoyable, or at least bearable.

I have a lot of heart disease in my family, I have diabetes, and not happy with my own appearance so that’s my reasons 🙂 but I get what you’re saying.

I used to be bigger. Not my 600# life big but I've come on a long way 🙂 Gotta keep at it. it's a journey.

I get the park and ride to and from the city centre. It’s awful and I feel your pain. There’s always some c word having the worlds loudest conversation so eveyone can hear.

Were in this apartment building and um my brother lives in this apartment building there's a bout twenty units I 'spose and er. We heard this terrible noise outside and there's two girls kickin' the hell out of each other and havin' a fight. And all the people in the apartment building are yellin' out advice. There all pokin' there heads out and yellin' out stuff like, 'GET HER DOWN, KICK HER HEAD IN YEAH!'
'STOMP ON HER GUTS HEY, YEAH, WOAH!'
'QUICK KICK HER PURSE OVER HERE, WE'LL RIP HER OFF, YEAH!'
And there's one old lady poked her head out and said 'KICK HER TWAT IN!'

And for here, you aren’t being called out by your boss. You think it’s okay to accuse and call people, “Twats” and I understand that there is a whole thread about it, but to a new person is extremely rude/disrespectful. To many judge able staff here doesn’t get acknowledged. I wish you can grow up and learn who you are talking too. We are online, but you aren’t a UM who can see accounts. And you tagged Kim for what reason? You don’t even know. Why interrupt them? They might be busy.
