I wish I had a high metabolism I’ve always been a fatty at heart and hate physical activity lol! I sucked at all sports and never liked working out 😛
 
I used to hate it too although strangely I've always loved the feeling afterwards. Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment.

I only started to like it when I dropped the attitude that "I'm doing this to look like others" and changed to "I'm doing this for my health". We have some health history in the family that I need to keep in check and that's what motivates me. You just need to find a decent motivation so that you can start finding it enjoyable, or at least bearable.

I have a lot of heart disease in my family, I have diabetes, and not happy with my own appearance so that’s my reasons 🙂 but I get what you’re saying.

That's hot. I am trying to look my best for @DynamicDylan and be healthy and around to support my two kids on the way <3

I used to be bigger. Not my 600# life big but I've come on a long way 🙂 Gotta keep at it. it's a journey.
 
On my way home! Had to get the bus like a peasant 😭 pissing of rain I’m soaked and someone is sitting next to me. They don’t know it yet but they may get yoinked out the window 😀
