It's a joke. They hike it up then say they're going to give us £150 back in April to pay for heating to soften the blow when they can't even fix the potholes down the road that are costing me new tyres every few months. Fix the potholes, sort out local services, collect the bins when you say you will then I'll consider paying it.
Or, an even better idea, bill me for the services I actually use!
