Hey guys,

I’m kinda new to forum so just finding my feet. I think during the unpresidented time, we really need to focus on ourselves and mental health?

I know we are kinda spread all over the world however I think it’ll be beneficial to just be that lifeline that someone may need if they are alone or finding it hard to live with family who you may not see eye to eye!

Leave some comments or maybe a link to any organisations where you’ve found help in the past.

One big UK charity is Mind - worth a look.

Suggestions, If you are high risk and self isolating keep your days as structured as you possibly can, dont wear a victims t shirt, you are not a victim, stay positive. Exercise, even light exercise for 20 minutes or so can make a difference. Maintain a healthy diet eating at regular intervals.

Keep safe. :thumb:
