You should not have kicked or muted they were both unfair and I'm sorry if you mods can't read but before I said that about popo he himself was talking sexually about kids I reported it before you unfairly kicked me & than I posted why I got kicked to show people how stupid the reason was when what I said was not accusing anybody of anything I said basically wow your into kids sexually... clearly you should learn how to read and the reason why I said what I said before jumping the gun and getting power trip crazy per usual
 
Well other than this, Chaos has her regular kicking spree. It is true that she is a little more careful then she used to be. But still ... she should have reason first, then kick. That is kinda crucial for a moderator.

And that's a dumb rule if I get kicked unfairly I'm going to show ******** why just like when you Mods speak amongst yourselves against ******** in private; I pay for my vip if I want to defend myself with proof I will now like I said I don't care about a kick I just dont like unfair kicks when I did nothing wrong to begin with.. you just instigate if I didn't get kicked the 1st time for no reason the 2nd time wouldn't have happened
 
We need evidence provided by the moderator not just a screenshot before this thread is closed. I have noticed that some of the moderators make decisions without showing their proof or reasoning.

I think this is unfair and undermines the credibility of Chat Avenue. I respectfully think that all moderators should follow the same standards and provide clear and transparent proof of the removed. Just saying.

Generally speaking, in rooms across this site, and in the real world, the burden of proof is always on the one making an accusation. Moderators are presumed to be doing what their admin asks them to do. What moderators have to do regarding kicks is instructed by their admins.

@DynamicDylan please let us know your wishes.

This does not sounds right. When you have anybody in position of authority, they need to record their usage of privilege and should be able to justify their actions.

This forum says ".Screenshots maybe required to support your claim." <--- users who are making complaints should always be prepared to have SS. Hope this helps.

I'm not trying to be rhetorical, but I truly hope if you are ever accused of any offence in your life- you are not required to prove you're innocent.

If you accuse a policeman who enforced law, I believe he would have to show evidence of his intervention.

This can be difficult to enact in busy rooms, especially when the mods are instructed to remove pedophiles etc. Do you expect them to keep screenshots of CP? So already, there is no way that moderators can retain proof of *all* disgressions, so then it comes down to what should the mods keep screenshots of? Everything but CP? Should they keep screenshots of the chatbots as well? While the idea makes a lot of sense, it would be difficult to implement consistently across the platform.
 
Well, someone has to take a screenshot of their behavior.

There is something called law enforcement if you want to go there.

Moderators of Chat Avenue can screen shot the picture, but not show to the public.

They can be shown to the admin, which is you, but you are right about everything else, and I agree.

Why are you even posting here? This has nothing to do with you and is between the person making the appeal and the room staff.
