Ok so no matter what I do I can not insert a pfp

Genuinely every pfp I try to put automatically brings up the message “this file is not to accordance with our guidelines” or something. I’ve tried putting it plain white and it’s still popping up the message

And now it wont even let me upload images here what the heck is wrong with this moderation??

Hello, which room is this in?

Did you try screen shotting the pic and using that?
 
AI moderation is not 100%, unfortunately, and sometimes makes mistakes.

I’d suggest to keep trying as long as it doesn’t go against guidelines. It’ll eventually realize its error and allow the upload.
 
Clear your cache and cookies.

Also,.if you're using a VPN, many times those block file uploads.

Firewalls can do the same thing as well

Try resizing or changing file saved as .jpg .png webp etc sometimes it works like that. other times you have to keep trying several times for it to finally work lol

She was told this.
Please send the name including the file type if the name has special characters that can be an issue, the file type is always an issue.
If you edited it, and saved the ICC profile with it, that can be an issue. if you saved it as 32bit vice 16 bit that can be an issue.

Willing help but need that info or as much as you can tell, if you don't know how to get the file type, tell me what OS and I can explain how to get that.
