I submitted a screenshot report and was told nothing could be done despite a clearly obvious violation taking place(doxxing)
Reason: mod couldn't scroll back far enough to verify.
Here's the problem.
The only time people get "moderated" is when there is an active moderator logged in monitoring the chat.
Then again, people act like saints when they're on.
Outside of those 6 hours there apparently is no consequences.
Solution: Require active moderators or a way of reporting that isn't reliant on chat history that only goes back 6 hours.

Here's the problem.
- You require screenshots as proof but it is apparently not admisable as evidence.
- You send these screenshots as reports in a PM
- The PMs (report) dissapear in 24 hours
- Admin or mods rarely log on once every 24hours to check their PM.
- Report dissapears.
- If they so happen to log on during that 24hour timeframe where the pm doesn't get wiped then they can't "verify" because the chat history only goes back 6 hours.
