Can be a sign of nerve damage also, which is what a specialist told me after testing.
You will get a kick out of this but a few years back I was getting up and just was getting a shirt out of the closet when all of a sudden searing pain. It turned out I had hurt my neck. Nothing much can be done except I do take Lyrica 3 times a day this helps prevent neck pain and numbness. A few years before that I was getting in my auto and had severe back itch which I scratched and ended up with a frozen shoulder.

I know someone that had frozen shoulder and they said the pain was horrible. The only relief they found was a procedure (not surgery) where they manipulate the shoulder or something.

Pins and needles in fingers could also be an early sign of MS .

I compressed a nerve in my back a few years ago, i swear to god this was the worst pain i ever experienced ! I was only allowed to take pain killers for a short while as they were addictive , i couldn't get in my car as even that slight twist on the way in was excruciating. Three weeks of pure hell.
@TheDifference Cortisone injections help with that too.

They were talking surgery but thankfully the shoulder healed after some P.T. Mostly a deep oil massage followed by stretching a giant rubber band.

Oof I remember my sister did something like that when she was 25 so I’d have been about 15. No clue how she did it but she was literally crippled over like a C shape with it for about a month and it just disappeared. She said that alongside toothache is the worst pain she’d ever felt and would rather be in labour.

For me toothache and a bashed tailbone nearly took me to the edge of insanity with the pain 🥴

Try not to ever get gout. When I got blessed with that the doctor did an xray. Told me I had an broken toe but also my uric acid level was 8. Over 8 is gout, but oh no lets treat the broken toe. I did break my toe 20 or more years before kicking a house. That taught that house I tell you. The broken toe treatments did nothing and I still got a searing pain. After a few weeks of torture the doctor agreed to treat it as gout, Got gout medicine and been toe pain free ever since.

To @H.R. PufnStuf yea sciatica is pretty bad. Weird but I did have acupuncture while in Hong Kong and never had sciatica again. I still get back pain on occasion but find if I ride my exercise back it helps prevent pain so severe that it is hard to stand straight.

@TheDifference long story, actually yea the house deserved it. But it was either kick my then live in girlfriend or the house. Lets just say I choose wrong.

I laid on the floor couldnt move, then an old nurse suggested I get a helper, lay on my side - get helper sit sideways on thigh / hip and or near the top of the upper leg bone , and rock back and forth. It actually worked.

Apparently the nerve can become inflammed and nor seat well .

disclaimer- (this is a true story not a means to get a friend to sit on my thigh)

so there can be two staff recognition / compliment threads???

but i make one that's about recognizing how it's the users not the staff, that make this community what it is & i get old; *there already is a compliment a user thread, blahblahblah this belongs in everything else forums* despite mine being totally different, & in fact a comment / feedback / suggestion thread; WITH A POLL...

so just like my user appreciation thread, this one must be moved to everything else forum too for the same reason :)

thats how it works right, or is that just my threads???

Here's a Big Shout Out to all of the staff of Girls Chat.

These girls take time out of their personal lives to be here for us... No matter what they might have going on in their personal lives. I'm sure it's not because of all of that hard-earned 'non-pay' but still all of them show up for work. Awesome!!!

Here's to the Admin and ALL Mods.... Thank you all so much for being here and doing what you do!

Big hugs...

Spread the Laughter!

Shout out to music chat staff for being such a pain in the ass!

@TheLeigh
@Blueee
@Gong
@Furyx
@Elisa_

I could say a lot about you @Gong 600% of that stuff is horrible news.

What happened to my other accounts when I was banned in 2022 and kept bypassing @Choppers bans? Were they deleted or are they still on here?

@Chopper
@H.R. PufnStuf

Chopper, I must commend your adeptness in handling bans. Your perseverance and determination are admirable qualities that never went unnoticed.

@Chopper, to be candid, I've found my ability to bypass restrictions on forums to be more efficient and rapid compared to doing so on chat platforms.
