Hello Purple Rose. My name is Big John Stud. I'm considering wanting to become an mod on singles chat. The reasons why I'm qualified are that even though I came in as a rookie back in June I have grown alot since then as for as understanding how chat works. And I have tough skin . Also I bring a 3.85 gpa with me and that's just a number but the hard work I put into it is what matters . Also , just the other day there was a pedophile named Corey 1993 and he admitted to rapping a 12 year old girl when he was 18 and he was making disgusting comments about little girls. I reported my evidence to mod Tasty and screenshots of what he said. If you gave me this opportunity, I promise to take it very seriously. Right now I'm on winter break til January 23 and I'm usually in the room alot so I'm ok with whatever hours or scheduling . I just hope you consider me as a candidate because I'm ready to take on the challenge. Thanks

Hello Purple Rose, It's Big John Stud 20 aka John from singles chat . I was wondering if you might need a new mod soon possibly? If you do you have my application already so I just thought I'd check in on that situation.

You just came back to the room after a month + "absence " . The reason users see the same mods over and over is because a requirement is mods are consistent in their visiting of the chat room. I would not consider a month+ disappearance consistent especially when you had already applied to mod.

Hello Purple. I have not been absent for awhole month. I have been in and out because I was working on my college education requirements which is responsibility. A mod has to be responsible and I've abided by the rules. I have earned the respect of people on chat with my conduct and I genuinely care about establishing order on chat. I'm very consistent with my work ethic purple. And I wouldn't have applied if I didn't think I could do this and I know I can if I was given the opportunity or even a week trial period I can prove I deserve it purple. Can you at least think about that please and get back to me when you can? Thanks

i dont do trial periods. one of several ways i "vet" potential mods is to watch them while they are in the room. watch who they interact with, who they dont, what they do when drama presents its self. what they do when mods are there or when its slow, what they do when confronted by or just in the room at the same time as known disruptive users. im sure your think youve "earned respect of the people on chat" but the tables turn and turn quickly when your a mod and unfortunately in the last month i havent seen hide nor hair of you to figure out if you would be that responsible & "respected" mod that your claiming you would be. youve certainly not been in there the 10-12 hrs you claimed to have free. being responsible in school is a good thing but then my question would then be why would you apply knowing youd be busy with it and it taking more of your free time?

I've been in that room alot but I have also been in pms personally getting to know some of these people so I could not only establish some sort of mutual bond but gain respect which probably will be tested if I was a mod . And people know me in there because I have been around. Even if I'm not on main 24/7 I have been in there and because I believe in myself Purple and my education has been going well and since the pandemic happened I have been home 24/7 and I have the full time now to dedicate equal time to being mod and if you're on there you will see that. Yes my style is different because I genuinely care about making connections on there and I know who the trolls are that need to be enforced with the rules and I have the support of ******** in there that wanted me to be a mod. Some of these people include DJ Scooter, Tropicana, Rodeo Princess, Shaybear96, The Pat Back, ChaosNOPMS, Nicole sweets, Lisa, to name a few. If given this opportunity I will establish order and make sure chats run well .

b t dubs: here are a few things mods dont do. 1. they dont spend hours in pm 2. they dont log into mod then desert main chat. INFACT its very against the rules to mod places other than main chat. 3. they dont come into the room for 5 mins scan the list for their friends then leave. 4. theyre not rulers. they dont establish anything. the only dictator here is chatmaster, and if they tried to tell chatmaster they were establishing order theyd not only be removed but site banned as well.

the positions already gone to your head and you dont even have it.

I never said I led by a dictator ship. I'm not there to control people to just let things flow naturally. And im on main alot too and I would be more often as a mod. And honestly I would not mind being a mod in the summer because I would have a lot more time to be on main and my education stuff wouldn't get in the way. And I'm not a task master purple by any standards. I just want to be good at anything I do and I'm willing to learn and adapt too.And once I have a position or opportunity I dont desert my post. I give my best effort. And I know one of the mods queen fubar didn't show up as often because she probably had obligations too but I would spend balanced hours at the mod position and just make sure things flow right and people aren't getting bullied. I'll break up chat fights by saying to use the ignore button and if a chatter doesn't complies , I put the chatter on mute. Like I would handle it the right way and I wouldn't abuse my position.
 
Big John, you will never be able to become a mod/admin like this, you must join first the sisterhood of pea-dos.
She cant trust you, cause you might be someone investigating the secret society of "sickles".😀

Yeah I'll admit I still got a lot to learn but you were never going to give me the position from the start because you have a biasness towards me and that fine. I got an education and a future to worry about and I'll defend my friends on there because you aint around as much and thats fine. At least I tried and applied because I believed in myself and your opinion doesn't define me.
