Yeah I'll admit I still got a lot to learn but you were never going to give me the position from the start because you have a biasness towards me and that fine. I got an education and a future to worry about and I'll defend my friends on there because you aint around as much and thats fine. At least I tried and applied because I believed in myself and your opinion doesn't define me.

have you not been reading anything ive written? i dont hire people i havent "vetted" i cant tell if that person is a good choice if they apply and then pull a disappearing act for over a month. i laid out 4 things you admitted to & that ive seen you do in 2 days time that are red flags in my process. cant really point out those 4 things without being in the room can i? you continued to argue with me. claiming you do none of that. i then produce screen shots (again howd i get those s/s if im never in the room?) of you berating a guest for not using a picture. which is the 5th and probably the worst of all the things you could of done. why? because 1. the guest feature and the anonymity of it is probably the #1 reasons people use and then join this site. 2. a guest account is the account status with the least options, including changing ones avatar/display picture. so you basically bullied a person to use a picture when they actually had no option to. 3. you started drama where there wouldnt have been any just because you wanted to look cool with your friends there. 4. without guests the site doesnt survive. they arent all good but they all arent bad either. and a mod has to live and work around guest accounts.
