I broke my right hand on New Year's eve, well not broke, fractured is more like it. So My posting size will be cut down a bit when I actually do post.

I'd hate to do that, because this is a somewhat 'ground breaking' role play, least for this site, and it would be a backwards step...but I just think it may be too advanced or hard to understand or follow up for many of the casual posters.

I think, in fairness, maybe it could be put to a vote. If anything, maybe it can be altered some, to make it less difficult.

Atm, I'm working on another RP idea, kind of like 'Destroy All Humans' meets 'Red Dead Revolver' type of scenario. I think that may be more interesting, maybe, for the posters, rather than the Declain RP thread, which is based in fairy tale times.

Yeah, and the Declain type of story is overdone in this forum. We've already got three of the similar type, which was why I thought this new interactive, grow with the story thing would bring some freshness to it all.

So I agree with you, let's not do away with it. I think some feedback from the other posters would be good.
 
I think we should keep it. If you think about it, its still like the same old rp thread type just you have different stats and stuff. It wouldn't kill us to reach another level of rp'n. Also I think we should try it out before we rule it out as being too difficult. If we start it or whatever, and it is diffiicult then you guys should try to fix it.
 
Yes, I think we should give it a try, definitely. I was going to post my character sheet in it yesterday but we had a little interbutt troubles and so I played Fable II instead. Dear God how I played it.

But I definitely, definitely like this idea. Taking it to a whole new level. I'mma be reading through the rules and the likes to make sure I know what the hell I'm doing setting my character up, then it should be pretty awesome.

Frosty, I commend you, but then again, I dont think it should be made any one person's responsibility to do that, you know? Its hard work.

But I wont lie, that atm, I am having Missy-FB help design a poster for my newest RP thread idea, like I mentioned before, a sorta "Destroy All Humans" meets "Red Dead Revolver". War of The Worlds meets The Wild, Wild West so to speak.
 
You know I just had one hell of an idea.

Since I'm working on a new roleplay, I thought of something unique to this forum. Why dont we have a contest, where each one of us come up with an idea for an RP, and then we present them, and we all take a vote on whats the most interesting/creative one of the bunch and take a run at it?

Kinda the same process Hollywood works, or national television companies, even vide game corproations, getting pitched ideas, even if they are basic sypnoses, and giving the thumbs up or down on them.

Maybe we can do a contest, much like the Literature forum does with the 'Poet of The Week', we'll have an RP of The Week, as well as the RP idea of the month, like I suggested above.

Also...**-ly crap I forgot... oh yeah oh yeah I love the wild wild west movie. lol

And.... I'm going back to school on monday so if you don't see me around that often that is why. I will try to check in just about every day. I will always be on messenger though, or try to be, if you have any problems/concerns with the forum with pics or anything like that let me know and I'll delete A.S.A.P
