Should there be an FAQ pinned post in the technical post

Seems to me we have multiple questions that get asked over and over.

Wouldn't it make sense to have a pinned post that stays open and the 1st post to contain the usual fix?

The post could either stay open to comments for people who need more help, or could be closed for them to make threads when the FAQ thread doesn't help?

Just did a suggestion thread for it... You're the techy one, so obviously you'll have a better inkling, but the FAQ thread could potentially just have links to longer posts about each issue?

This is such a great idea because much of non shite forum posting is admins and mods explaining technical issues like the where is my VIP, or Why does it say maximum attempts reached etc etc. It would make C. A. more user friendly and fun and also ADD AN ARCADE. I honestly would play Plants vs Zombies and mahjong endlessly if there.
