Everything is sexism. And it only benefits women, doesn't benefit men. Again. Some women do a fine job because they are the exceptions to the rule. You must not be understanding me correctly. I really don't wanna go down this road where I have to just lie and say men and women are equal. They are not and I'm sick and tired of having to apologize to say that. It's not realistic, it's a construction that's only lasted for 60-70 years not compared to thousands of years of biology and common sense. Understand we live in a gyocentric social order. If you wanna talk sexism. Sexism has always been the reality, racism has always been the reality. Everyone can be racist to a certain degree. And the reality is, men have always run the world despite women dominating social work and education systems in colleges and nurses. Everything else is male dominated. We live in a patriarchy my friend, not a matriarchy. I don't care if some woman who has had the record, good for her I hope she did a great job. Doesn't mean it overrides the fact about everything that I just said, really. And since we live in a patriarchy, let's say men said women no longer have rights tomorrow, will they still have rights? No, and there's not a damn thing they can do about it because it's based on enforcement mechanism. We can still say there's egalitarianism. But men are affording the rights to women. And you can't have rights without the others afford to enforce them to you. It's paradoxical to say to just ask them to benevolently bequeath unto you rights that you or we are equal to these people. That's a paradox. So don't get mad at me when I tell you what the real world really is, I give absolutely zero shits about websites like this because it's run by idiots promoting systemic organized degeneracy full of politically correct ****.

How we have evolved has centered around one thing. Birth rate. We evolved to prioritize women over men. Human tribes who did not are no longer here. The tribes that did flourished and grew. The governing principle of why males became dominant in our species is because if all but 2 women died on a tribe the tribe would perish. Having 2 babies a year assuming the woman didn't die back than from giving birth(much higher chance than today) your tribe was dead. Run it back now. If all men except 2 died on a tribe that tribe could literally rebound in a generation. There was no choice in the matter. Simple evolution dictated tribes who prioritized women's safety over male safety were the better system for that time in our history which went on for a very long time. Long enough to make us evolve differences in height, strength, temperament, ect.
Technology like fire, the wheel, simple machines, and so on began lessening the gap between men and women. As the world becomes safer and strength matters less women inevitably will gain(and must gain) social equality. It's unavoidable. The natural world is barely a threat anymore. Dying during birth at an all time low. **** we can even choose the gender of babies now if we wish just like bees can. We are on the cusp of even more evolutionary technology.
Now here is the twist. For social equality men and women will have to start valuing the life of men more as well. Before anyone sees red allow me to explain. In many disaster movies or real life when something catastrophic happens and you have to choose who lives and who dies the order of importance is children are highest priority, then women, and lastly men. Even I believe this with the majority of men. This right here proves that even men themselves think their life is less valuable than a woman's. Not every time of course because people are different, but the overwhelming majority of men and women react like this. When we see a man abandon a women to die we all get disgusted. When we see a man die for a woman all right with the universe. Lol.
This is why certain lines of work are male dominated. It's not that women can't do it, but men instinctually can't stand to see women in harm's way no matter what they say to cover it up. Women in physically tough working environments are always given the easier, safer jobs and that is not changing anytime soon.
So to sum this all up my thoughts are this is your prehistoric thinking and instincts talking. Try to relax. Let the women deal with the bullshit sometimes. Lol. Just step in and help or give advice when they ask for it. Hiring either gender(or any other immutable characteristic) by default leads to chaos eventually because it creates an oppressed group.
No offense, but I have been coming here for a long time I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt the women are much more adept at modding the most of the men. I have seen men mods kick entire rooms having a mental break down, give out people's IP's(this is in the old chat before the update) to trolls and stalkers, stalk or threaten people themselves, kick out other dudes for talking to women they liked, ect. I know of one dude mod who literally got talked into giving out his log in info back in the day. Lol.
