Yes but not too far down. I'd like it to still be light. Couldn't be doing with it being completely dark looking out those little windows

Could you tolerate living without any electricity?
 
For a limited time quite easily. I have plenty of things I can do that don't need power and we have plenty of gas lanterns to provide light.

Yes. I’d love to live without any mod cons for a while, like a detox

Sadly not 🙁 I looked at solar panels for the house but they’re so expensive it would take years to break even. I should have got them when they offered the feed in tariff

Do you think the Government (Tax Payer) should subsidise renewable installations in homes?
 
If they're serious about dealing with climate change then yes, absolutely and as long as they subsidise appropriate technology for the setting as well rather than a one size fits all solution that only works for some settings. Microgeneration could lift a massive load off of the grid.

Would you consider a microgeneration system if it were?
 
LMAO no they sound disgusting. Not a Highland thing really.
