This thread has meandered and jumped all over the place to the point of being an Alice in Wonderland tale.
Thumper is a hard working mod who does a fair share of work in the room to a good standard (I know I check).
Historically I have modded and been an admin for 8 years now, staff have a hard job to do under pressure.
Mods impose sanctions against ********, which they can argue and stir up a storm against the person that kicked them.
Mods are not elected or demoted by popular vote.
I am now asking for this thread to be closed as it does not seem to be getting anywhere.
YOU have had your say and I remain open for futher constructive dialog (take it to PM with me)
I would ask that intrested parties cool it for everyones sake.
The room does not warrant this level of hostility.
Note well Mods and I will continue to mute, warn and kick per guidelines.
You Know the rules please keep to them.
When asked to drop or stop something please do so.
