Water issue

Why is it that when I drink a bottle of water, I'm still thirsty?
It doesn't matter how much water I drink, I'm still thirsty.
Thats exactly how my aunt found out she became a diabetic. Never being able to feel hydrated. Along with that, she began losing a lot of weight and using the restroom nonstop. Id 100% go see your doctor and get that addressed.

  1. High salt intake: If you have consumed a lot of salty foods or snacks, your body may require more water to balance the sodium levels in your bloodstream.
  2. Medications: Certain medications, such as diuretics, can cause excessive thirst and frequent urination, leading to dehydration.
  3. Medical conditions: Some medical conditions, such as diabetes, can cause excessive thirst and frequent urination.

There’s too many things to run through without having testing done. Off bat you could be looking at:

Kidney function
Poor salivary gland production
Dehydration
Hypothyroidism
Medications
And many more things.

You need to be seen by your provider and have lab work and most likely a CT scan of the kidneys.

That or try to increase you water intake. If you’re drinking when you’re thirsty that one bottle isn’t going to do sh!t. You feeling that thirst is your body saying we are way behind I need water!

Full hydration and recovery from spells of dehydration can take a lot of water or days of good water intake to bounce back.
