Why is it that when I drink a bottle of water, I'm still thirsty?
It doesn't matter how much water I drink, I'm still thirsty.

I’m the same way so I gave up on water. Only Diet Pepsi can make me not thirsty.

Probably bad advice don’t do what I do, but I am healthy and not dehydrated

We have a boil water notice the last few days coz the irish water people are gone on strike, I dont drink our tap water, its crap. I drink plenty of bottled water though.

Water also doesn’t mean just water. Water can be found in food as well. More fruit intake will help to keep feeling hydrated.

you could try some electrolytes, if imbalanced

Like a Pedialyte, or a Gatorade? I think those two will help.
