What made you smile today ?

Watching the sunrise while I was out running this morning. It always makes me smile to see the sun come up over the ocean. 🙂
 
This morning while I was running on the beach like usual, a golden retriever ran past me in the opposite direction with a bigish fish in its mouth. The fish was still hooked to the fishing line which was still attached to the fishing pole. The thing that made me smile and laugh so hard, was the old man chasing his fishing pole down the beach as the dog dragged it behind him LOL. I spent all day wondering if the old man ended up catching him or not! :lol:
 
I read some old threads and a few e-mails that I have saved over the years. Today its been 1 year since I lost my best friend . She was only 42 when she passed and reading and recalling all the moments we shared over the years made me smile inside even though I'm feeling the pain of her loss ...Special people touch us inside in many different ways and she was something special to all that knew her 😀

Making a friend on FB laugh when she was in a really angry mood. Sometimes just shocking someone with the simplest of messages is enough to make you both laugh.
 
What made me smile today was the same person who does everyday 🙂
 
- Being woken up with the best cuddle ever and a beautiful pair of earrings.
- Getting my first "teacher" gift!
- Last day of work until next year.
 
Secret Santa delivery to my door. Ooooo
Project Life delivery to my door. Ooooo
Doing my hair in the first go. Oooooo
The ridiculousness of life. (Up your bum technology).
 
Woken up this morning with him jumping up and down on my bed telling me only 7 sleeps tils Santa,
hes so excited Santa is just the most magical secret

My day started with a big smile and just keeps getting better
