I'd have to say the staff. Like visiting a restaurant, or other business, the product can be exquisite and priced right, but if the staff and or customer service is under par the chances of someone returning lowers with each under thrilling visit. A well trained and pleasant staff or customer service can make a huge difference and make up for the short comings of a kitchen or product availability.

That sounded much better when I heard it in my head. I hope you lot can understand what I'm getting at.
