Fresh prepped. Although frozen foods that are prepared aren't bad. I'm just not a fan of "TV Dinners".

Would you rather Microwave popcorn, theater popcorn, or stove top popcorn?
 
Both are awful but the first of any of those "let's flog this to death" film franchise things is usually the best of them.

i am assuming protected tank so sharks
If not, sharks. but I tend not to invade the homes of living things that would destroy me in a heartbeat!

WYR volunteer at a soup kitchen, or a a charity shop/store?
 
Soup kitchen. Charity shop clerk is likely easier, but if I'm in a position to donate my time to help people, a hot meal goes a long way.
