You can close this. HR has made it clear that to kick people because of their political beliefs is not constitutional and racists deserves to chat too. Racism has historically been tolerated under HRs regime and it is not likely to ever change.

Pretty much what @SouporMan said. I'd love to kick based on that criteria except that hasn't been established. If we did kick by that, then we'd be kicking Black Lives Matter, Black Power etc. As I always tell ********, unless it's a specifically banned term or a a name with sexually related overtones, it's about context.
As for the "harassing ******** for inappropriate conversations" the OP might need to review the rules concerning harassment of ******** and inappropriate discussions. Those rules are clear. But HR in his discretion is always able to override and ban.

IMO, with the Movement of BLM and all the racial tensions, it would be in H.R's best social interest to evaluate the name white power. The ideas behind the groups might be the idea to empower their own race, but one is fueled by strong racism.

You believe racism can only go one way? You believe one race has a monopoly on racial pride over another? Again, not my rules dude. Take it up with HR.
Racism goes all ways IMO, but not everyone can say, oh hey my race was wiped out(Native Americans), or hey my race was owned by another race(African Americans).
Not all races can say they experienced segregation and are still alive today.
I want to clear this fact up, I am not for cancel culture. I think people grow discussing what makes us unique and the same. Racism and peoples hurts would heal if we could get things out into the open...but it just is not the time, and allowing the use of white power in a name is not the way to break that.
With that being said, again, it is not wise for an official of this website to a stance either way, but Kiwi Farms took the same stand, and they are being cancelled.

I didn't notice a specific race mentioned in that definition. So IMO, if you don't allow "WhitePower, then you don't allow "[Anyrace]Power.

Black Lives Matter does NOT equal Black Power. Black Lives Matter is a movement for equality, whereas Black Power implies black superiority. In the same way, White Power implies white superiority more so than, say, All Lives Matter. IMHO, White Power shouldn't be allowed as it is an obviously racist statement.

Navy Wings is correct- in the General Room, we deal with context and behaviour . Not about to ban the name Stalin, Caesar, any side of a faction in the middle east, users who love/dislike Trump, Bin Laden, or any other name trolls use the list would be endless. ******** can comment/chat/be critical or praise any group- as long as the grounds/language doesnt rise to the point we must intervene. Unless a name is blatantly racist we don't assume anything. We deal in proof.

Race is a serious issue H.R. Where someone stands now a days is very important. Especially those in charge of the communities around them.
I am sure you might try to pawn this off as trolling, but racism shouldn't be tolerated in any form. Even if that form is just a well placed opinion..
Comparing BLM to White Power has validity, but what has much more validity is the chants of those heard before being dragged, hung, or brutalized in anyway back from 2000's and before. I do not feel they equate, and allowing a name like white power is allowing a safe haven for more trolling of the black community to occur.
Sorry if the matter makes you uncomfortable or if you feel personally attacked.

The argument on why it is fair to let people speak about black live matters and as well let people speak about White Power issues are germane to the topic. BLM is about a class of people being denied rights where as White Power advocates for privileges to be extended just due to color of the skin.

you can easily equate such a movement to white power movements, where anyone other than the race thats promoted is attacked for not being apart of that race. such as this movement which does villianize white people for being white.
its laughable that people actually still believe that black lives matters actually cares about the well being & livelihoods of black people. what businesses were mainly destroyed during the blm riots? black businesses.

BLM & associated movements (antifa & friends) instead destroyed entire neighborhoods & businesses, including their own, ruining the lives of many people. many of which neither black or white. killed countless in the chaos, disrupted entire supply chains, & basically took over entire cities temporarily turning them into lawless enclaves.

I have seen this a few times when I have chatted in GC. Racism is ignored there. Flyboy here points out that no one mentions the Germans enslaving the Jews. I have been to GC and seen a chatter going by Hitler.... I pointed out how this user name is triggering for those who may be Jewish. My response was that this chatter was simply making a political statement and had a right to do that. GC does support racism by its inaction to even encouraging racist content.
