this is a general forum, for people to speak their mind. And its a topic specifically relating to the General Chatroom. Until/unless the predicted **** storm happens, they can have on. 🙂

Navy Wings is correct- in the General Room, we deal with context and behaviour . Not about to ban the name Stalin, Caesar, any side of a faction in the middle east, users who love/dislike Trump, Bin Laden, or any other name trolls use the list would be endless. ******** can comment/chat/be critical or praise any group- as long as the grounds/language doesnt rise to the point we must intervene. Unless a name is blatantly racist we don't assume anything. We deal in proof.

We are not afraid of open discussion in the General Chat, (or this thread) and the excellent staff know when someone is being racist etc

Race is a serious issue H.R. Where someone stands now a days is very important. Especially those in charge of the communities around them.

I am sure you might try to pawn this off as trolling, but racism shouldn't be tolerated in any form. Even if that form is just a well placed opinion..

Comparing BLM to White Power has validity, but what has much more validity is the chants of those heard before being dragged, hung, or brutalized in anyway back from 2000's and before. I do not feel they equate, and allowing a name like white power is allowing a safe haven for more trolling of the black community to occur.

Sorry if the matter makes you uncomfortable or if you feel personally attacked.

what you are really saying is you want censorship-banning for anything YOU find uncomfortable esp relating to race. Not going to happen. I have nothing more to add -if you want to discuss race issues no one is stopping you

Again, this isn't a troll, but please try to push your narrative...especially when I am trying to voice my opinions about racism.

This is a serious matter H.R. that goes far deeper than the shallow trolling of chat.
 
The argument on why it is fair to let people speak about black live matters and as well let people speak about White Power issues are germane to the topic. BLM is about a class of people being denied rights where as White Power advocates for privileges to be extended just due to color of the skin.

So since we've opened this can of worms, BLM does not advocate what you just stated? They advocate merit based privileges without deference to skin color? They are both a black as well as white advocacy group?

No, calm down sailor boy. BLM basically states that black life matters too. White advocacy groups states that only white lives matter. I am sick and tired of the racist bullshite coming from white people who are not comfortable with any one with any differences. It is like you all state Critical Race Theory is bad because it shows white people in a bad light. Nonsense what critical race theory states is that once upon at time in the US black people were treated as less than human.

But I get it. You're uncomfortable facing uncomfortable questions and even more uncomfortable answers. You might want to review their website on what they're "about" before you use the word "basically."

black lives matters is absolutely a racial movement, that doesnt promote a lick of equality. its a movement which perpetuates a communist agenda, reciving funds from a old jewish billionaire named george soros, which allows the movements founders to live in million dollar mansions. while the black people they love & support lives in squaller.

you can easily equate such a movement to white power movements, where anyone other than the race thats promoted is attacked for not being apart of that race. such as this movement which does villianize white people for being white.

its laughable that people actually still believe that black lives matters actually cares about the well being & livelihoods of black people. what businesses were mainly destroyed during the blm riots? black businesses.

this is a prime example of what i mean, all racial issues shouldnt be allowed. its either all okie, or none of it is, & blm likes to *bEliEvE* their sh!t doesnt stink.

although before i forget... BLM & associated movements (antifa & friends) instead destroyed entire neighborhoods & businesses, including their own, ruining the lives of many people. many of which neither black or white. killed countless in the chaos, disrupted entire supply chains, & basically took over entire cities temporarily turning them into lawless enclaves.

but no, they should be held to the highest regard because they didnt hang or drag anyone through the streets as people used to do, pft, IDK, like a hundred years ago?

BLM was probably formed after people of color were tired of the racism they experience, white power movements occurred in the 70s after white people were tired of people of color.

BLM and the white power movement aimed to destroy the system they feel was unfair.

But again, only one movement drug, hung, r****, and brutalized people of color.


It’s not the same, and painting it the same same is way to justify racist views.
