You can close this. HR has made it clear that to kick people because of their political beliefs is not constitutional and racists deserves to chat too. Racism has historically been tolerated under HRs regime and it is not likely to ever change.

Pretty much what @SouporMan said. I'd love to kick based on that criteria except that hasn't been established. If we did kick by that, then we'd be kicking Black Lives Matter, Black Power etc. As I always tell ********, unless it's a specifically banned term or a a name with sexually related overtones, it's about context.
As for the "harassing ******** for inappropriate conversations" the OP might need to review the rules concerning harassment of ******** and inappropriate discussions. Those rules are clear. But HR in his discretion is always able to override and ban.

IMO, with the Movement of BLM and all the racial tensions, it would be in H.R's best social interest to evaluate the name white power. The ideas behind the groups might be the idea to empower their own race, but one is fueled by strong racism.

You believe racism can only go one way? You believe one race has a monopoly on racial pride over another? Again, not my rules dude. Take it up with HR.
Racism goes all ways IMO, but not everyone can say, oh hey my race was wiped out(Native Americans), or hey my race was owned by another race(African Americans).
Not all races can say they experienced segregation and are still alive today.
I want to clear this fact up, I am not for cancel culture. I think people grow discussing what makes us unique and the same. Racism and peoples hurts would heal if we could get things out into the open...but it just is not the time, and allowing the use of white power in a name is not the way to break that.
With that being said, again, it is not wise for an official of this website to a stance either way, but Kiwi Farms took the same stand, and they are being cancelled.

Definition of racism
1: a belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.
I didn't notice a specific race mentioned in that definition. So IMO, if you don't allow "WhitePower, then you don't allow "[Anyrace]Power.

AND you make the false equivalency that celebrating a race automatically means that is denigrating another race. Now if WhitePowerbyJove was making racist comments in chat denigrating a specific race, that would be grounds for mute/kick.

Black Lives Matter does NOT equal Black Power. Black Lives Matter is a movement for equality, whereas Black Power implies black superiority. In the same way, White Power implies white superiority more so than, say, All Lives Matter. IMHO, White Power shouldn't be allowed as it is an obviously racist statement.
