Technically wrong, if chatave is allowing it they will be held liable. In one case one e commerce company was sued for selling a bad product and they said in court that they are just a medium, the seller is someone else but the court convicted the ecommerce site and fined them, saying that the ecommerce company is guilty because they allowed it to be sold, they can't escape liability.You wouldn’t have a clam against CA because CA is simply the medium through which he’s allegedly infringing your copyright
I am not saying I am going to sue or anything, but if this continues someone else might one day. But most importantly, when there are so many proofs, chatave themselves should take action and nip it in the bud.
