Impersonation and Stalking by a user

What you call or call not is your personal matter, but it is definitely wrong, and he has done illegal thing, chatave is bound to follow the law if challenged. Go do some research. He can use a photo only with permission. A free stock photo can be used but not a modified one, unless permitted by the copyright holders. I think it is better than chatave takes action against this kind of stalking and harassment for good.
You need to get out more, buddy. But while we’re on the subject, can I request you show me the written permission you received from the original owners of the pictures that allows you to make edits on their intellectual property? Otherwise I’m going to have to report you for copyright infringement
The place where I took it from allows it to do so. It's written there, but it's between them and me. You have no say regarding that coz you are not copyright holder. But the editing rights belong to me and also they stalked me. Hence I have say here rightfully.

So it was a stock photo? Because one quick Gooooogle search tells you this:
“It's yours to change, but doing so does not mean you now own the copyright, it still belongs to the photographer/designer or stock agency.”

I am sorry to say but just like the singles room mods (except maybe one who supported me), you are unfit to be a mod too. You are more like a troll. A troll should not mod a room, because that's why harassers get free pass just like we can see in singles room.
I’m gonna let you in on a little secret about us mods. Just because we mod a chat room, doesn’t make us beholden to every complaint by a chatter. Sometimes complaints are irrelevant, invalid, or downright stupid. I’ll let you decide which category your complaint falls under.
In future, I suggest doing some research before making a complaint. I fully support reprimanding anyone that steals someone’s selfies. But a cat picture? And you’re asking for swift justice? Are you really telling me you don’t see how ludicrous that is?
Oh man, it belongs to the photographer, but he only allowed you to use the original photo not the edited one. Coz the editing makes it a new content which falls under the category of graphic designing. You need my permission to use the edited pic. And don't prove yourself dumb when the issue is bigger of stalking and impersonation which have been proven by screenshots of people confusing them with me.
That isn’t how ownership works, you baboon. You do not own the rights to a picture you edited unless you purchased the original image.
However, if you’re now saying he’s cloning you and not just using the same picture, that becomes a whole different matter. Maybe next time, word your complaint better. “HE STOLE MY KITTY” really doesn’t give the full details.

First of all, I believe he said it was you who called his mother a prostitute. Please don’t confuse me for you. I find that highly offensive.
Secondly, mods can’t be made. You’re born into the life and the average human doesn’t possess the talent or skill set to do this public service.

Hi, few days ago a person called Lincoln was stealing real profile photos of others without permission and using it and when i complained, he in revenge started using every photo that I use, despite objecting to it. I complained to few mods, but they said they are not going to take action because it's ****** pic but I pointed out: constantly doing it is stalking. Furthermore, others also complained that they were mistaking him for me, which some mods seem to have no common sense about. Finally one mod agreed with me and said if I can prove that he is stalking my photos he will take action, so here it goes , i intentionally used an edited-by me pic of a cat(which legally becomes my content) with my username watermark in yellow font, and as we can see Lincoln immediately used it the exact same photo with the same watermark. He got caught red handed stalking impersonating and harassing me. And here's another info, most people know that this Lincoln person is called Jamie(who has a bad reputation of harassing), and I believe mods very well know that, in the past one woman had said to me that he stalked her so badly that she is thinking of leaving this site.. it's also a shame that despite my complaints and most likely mods knowing it, no action was taken against this person Lincoln. But this time I proved it. I will request to ban this user for this serious offence.

2. Totally ignore him and don’t draw attention to it. Don’t even mention it. The attention is what will be feeding him. He’s probably aware of this thread and will see it as “winning” against you
3. Your claim about copyright etc isn’t going to fly. Even if you were right, you’d have to make a civil claim against Lincoln. You don’t even know who he is to be able to serve him with a claim. You’d have to show what detriment you’ve suffered and what your financial losses are.
You wouldn’t have a clam against CA because CA is simply the medium through which he’s allegedly infringing your copyright.
You’d have jurisdictional issues and would need a huge fund to bankroll all this litigation.
4. If it’s a sustained pattern of harassment, gather your screenshots over a few days and take it up with @DynamicDylan in PM thereby depriving Lincoln of the joy he’ll be getting as described in (2), from reading this thread
