Perhaps even a legal liability if parents found out and hadn’t given their consent.

You’re honestly telling me you’d be ok with your 15 year old cousin, whether boy or girl I dunno don’t wanna know, being exposed to all the crap and filth that staff deals with? Users can just ignore crap. Staff can’t. You’d seriously be ok with that?
 
Yes, you’re an immature “child” until 11:59:59pm on the night before your 18th birthday. Then suddenly at midnight, you put down the toy bear, take off the bib, clean the PB&J off your cheek and pick up a 9-5 job, becoming a very mature, capable adult in that one second. There is no mature before that.

As a 31 year old adult that still eats peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on a semi-regular basis, I feel personally attacked.
 
Before I go off and have a good think about all this and decide what I want to do next, I will say one thing.

Some of you adults really know how to make a “kid” feel useless, unappreciated and like we are nothing but a proverbial thorn in your sides. Excuse us for our existence.

A lot of you are awesome, but some still have this turn-of-the-millennium mentality of ‘children should be seen and not heard.’ Like the internet belongs to you, not us too.

It really hurts. Just so you know.

I dont doubt she is mature, she seems like she's got her head screwed on pretty tight, alot tighter than some here... but again, not the point

It's exposing someone underage to adult content and pretending thats OK!? As (I forgot who) said, why die on this hill? It's ok to think "actually yeah, that is kinda fuckin weird".

And its not hating on pinky at all... well maybe for some it is, but personally it's not, she just unfortunately is a good example of this issue

I would refer to the legal definition as to the age of consent and the US is 18. Which is my concern with the way creepos are welcomed or at least not spurned in G.C. I feel that room is not a fit environment for someone 15. Maybe Pinky can zap those but Loki and others will just get unbanned because they kiss HR's ass.

Hey Pinky. No one and I do mean no one wants you to ever feel useless. Far from it. I understand what you must be feeling from all of this. You’re seeing all of this from a teenagers point of view. I used to be one. And it can seem very unfair and restrictive to you. Sometimes as adults we don’t always stop and think about how what we say and do affects kids. Sometimes kids no matter how mature they think they are don’t always understand what may be dangerous. Rules are in place to keep you from harm, real or imagined. Which tbh is all part of human continuity. As I said before, someday when you grow up you may to decide to have children of your own one day, and you will set rules for them to keep them safe. There can be no better way to judge someone by how they care for children, whether their own or not. I want you to do well. In school, in life, but the poison you’re getting by moderating adult content here is inappropriate for someone your age. And I’m willing to bet you’d enjoy your time here a lot more if you left modding behind and just chilled with your friends carefree. Visit Girls Chat sometime. There are many girls your age there that I’m sure you’d make fast friends with. Chin up 🙂

Darth Erica You're to blame for going on and on at a 15 year old. Now she feels useless because you keep making her feel that way. If she is fine with modding, then leave her alone and let her do what she wants. At least she is safe in her house, rather than outside getting abused by some drunk losers or in a gang. You do realize the number of so-called "kids" you keep mentioning, a lot of them are not so innocent. I know many 14 to 15 year olds who are out dealing drugs, beating each other up, killing each other, and doing much worse. So, please do **** off, Darth Erica. Pinky is not hurting anybody by being a mod.
