howdy friends, 🙋🏼‍♀️

it brings me no pleasure making this thread, but there are lots of talk amongst the grapevine that maybe @H.R. PufnStuf isn't doing a very good job being the local UM / General Chat admin...

so i was just generally wondering, casually speaking, what does the community think??? i won't add any input until perhaps later as the thread progresses, & as the thread progresses, & everyone casts their votes lets keep it civil;

that means...

no making admin complaints 🙎🏼‍♀️

no throwing shade 🙎🏼‍♀️

no w.e trolling is 🙎🏼‍♀️

no bashing each other 🙎🏼‍♀️

no witch hunting 🙎🏼‍♀️

the point of this thread is simply to give everyone a true opportunity to share their;
as to the quality of the job that our dear ol' friend @H.R. PufnStuf is doing, & perhaps it's time that his performance is reviewed by his peers...

Look at the topic I would say, no.

In reference to your requirements… we have to ensure we all follow the guidelines, so this thread isn’t moved.

If the guidelines of the original post is no longer being talked about, I request the UM remove the users comment.

I have very little experience of him as a chat admin as his behaviour in forums ensures I don't visit his room often, but as a UM, no, he's not doing an adequate job. Not in the slightest.
 
HR is a dumbass - biggest UM moron of all time.

How is this fool puts me on banned list without any explanation and haven't visited General in 2 months until recently (tells all his mods to kick me on site for no reason).

Then here, closed multiple threads... so the OP's won't have any chance to properly response to his unprofessional behavior and other legitimate reasons to the thread. This boy won't allow it.

@Chatmaster why are you not listening fool?? Your boy HR puffnfaketough been recklesss to chat avenue community. Too many complaints about him, and not a single good feedbacks you will ever see from him.

It's time for a change , speedy oil change and tuned up.

Hell fu cking NO. ! He's not a good admin and UM

i will provide some honest insight on his performance as the general chat admin, there are people who would completely disagree with me, & that's fine;

i would say the quality of his job as the chat admin is less than satisfactory,

but first let me give u a lil' background about myself for those who don't understand my steak in this...

not to brag since this is by no means an accomplishment... but to say the least i've become sort of a staple in general chat, my name has become; iconic, & my presence is heavily felt...

i have the most profile likes of anyone that uses general chat, my likes exceed the amount of people that are even online at any given time... plus i'm generally very friendly with literally everyone, even people that some cannot stand, u could say that i am essentially the chat's default friend...

i would be lying if i said that @H.R. PufnStuf, & i don't have a repertoire with each other that has more or less created a sort of symbiotic relationship of mostly annoyance that has nevertheless for the most part affected the chat entirely for the better...

so as for everyone else reading this can see, including @H.R. PufnStuf himself, i am by no means a bitter ex-staff member; nor am i by any means a menace to the sanctity of the community... i can't even believe it myself sometimes, but i do genuinely enjoy being apart of this community & want to see it be better...

that's enough about lil' ol' me 💅🏼

if we are speakin' strictly about him as admin of general chat,

then i am not even necessarily calling for @H.R. PufnStuf to be removed as the chat's admin, but if he's either unable or incapable of doing a better job than what he is currently offering, then perhaps it is time he willingly steps aside & let someone else that is more capable take over...

when it comes to some of the actions he makes as our admin in general chat, they're questionable at worse / illogical at best...

it simply doesn't make sense no matter how you want to spin it to permanently ban someone for making jokes, no matter how; crude - edgy - depraved - in poor taste that they may be...

when you only temporarily ban people who are for example; actually committing a crime by trying to groom minors using religion, or attempting to lure in pubescents teenagers by soliciting to them what amounts to pornography...

the craziest part about that, is the sheer fact that there is actually mountains of evidence of particular users (who will not be named) engaging in literally the two examples i gave, both of which only received multiple warnings until they were finally only banned for a month...

meanwhile, there is a user (who also won't be named) who was recently permanently banned for making jokes of the same nature i also mentioned, & the only evidence against them is that they made these jokes; there is no actual evidence in which shows them engaging in a criminal act like sending nude photos to a teenage boy...

...one simply said ignorant ass words, the others knowingly engaged in physical criminal behavior...

let me ask you, which should have been permanently banned & which should has been only temporarily banned???

so unless these administrative actions start actually making sense, i'm going to have to say it's almost like having joe biden as general chat admin 🤷🏼‍♀️

the mods in general chat are actually the only thing that is keeping the place from completely going up in flames there,

i wholeheartedly, & genuinely believe that the general chat mods are doing a wonderful job, & that they aren't remotely a contribution to the problem...

they actually put in a real effort to try, & make the chat a better safer place for us...

the issue is that they not only have their own lives too, but they can only do so much when they are moderating; their hands are quite literally tied when they have an admin that barely gives 1/4th the effort they do...

they can be a lil' rough sometimes i guess, not to me so much (ayyy), but they really are the glue holding that room together & it's not fair to group them in with the underlining issue here...

believe it ✌🏼

i however do generally agree with your rhetoric, @purplerose; if any of the general chat mods do have grievances towards HR, no matter how justifiable those grievances are they won't express them to prevent from making him cross & that in & of itself is a problem, yes!

The question, "is he doing a Adequate job as General Chat Admin" IMO the answer is no. I as well, not an "bitter ex staff member" I am about as unbias as it gets, just a chat lurker for the past few years who rarely gets involved. I dont know HR personally, and have had limited interactions with him.

I look at how long it took him to take real action with blatant criminal behavior, deplorable and disgusting sexual harassments of multiple General Chat users, blatant racism, and pedropehlic content, with legit proof of reports, screen shots, ect, that he just shrugged off until he was so buried with it, that he had to act. I am talking about Zex(Alpha), Campy, Revo, ect... Sure he eventually banned them, but only when the lynch mob is storming the jail did he agree to finally hang them... I know he will reply to that and say, they were actioned and no longer there, VIP are harder to ban, ect. Doesnt mean you had to downplay it like you did.

On some things, and is impulsive and acts on emotion with a side of bully tactics, and on things he should act quickly and decisive on, he seems to just string it along and hopes it goes away.

He on numerous times failed to have his own staff members backs, and repeatedly opened threads they requested locked, which opened them up to direct harassments. That is not the behavior of a good leader.

If @Chatmaster reviews everything and keeps him on, then thats that. Their playhouse.

Look, I know @H.R. PufnStuf more than the most of you do. And he does do a lot for general chat.

But he been doing modding work for 5 years now and no one is perfect, he does deserve a break from it once in a while.

But on thing you have to give him credit for is his staff team, @Apple Pie @Chelle Belle @DESS @Jack_Skellington @Mr. Jose @SallyStitches and @that one chick that work really hard for you to keep the room safe for you to chat in.

That’s my two cents. Since I was tagged.
