I fail to see why you wouldn't tho? It hardly effects your day in any meaningful way to call someone a name you dont think suits them. Its work, you go there, you work, you go home and dont think about it.

Being fired is a bit rough. But reprimanded, for being petty and intentionally going out of your way to not call someone their name? Absolutely, thats extremely unprofessional

Ok thank you for confirming I was right, to reiterate trans people can create a hostile environment for their co workers, by your own admission you would ignore people if they don't use your pronouns alas creating a hostile environment for your fellow co workers.

But its either that, or casue a massive fuss that people really dont need.

Would you rather an actual hostile environment, or the person in question asking to work somewhere else, in order to not have to work in said environment and solve the issue.

While, I believe personally neither your name, religious belief, skin colour or favourite music artist should have literally anything to do with it, unfortunately thats unlikely to happen, so next best thing would, after having that little interaction, ask to be moved somewhere else, that way both people can stay where they work, can keep to what they believe, and dont have to deal with the other.

Fair be, I was a little broad with "ignore them", and thats my bad, hopefully thats a little more clear
 
I’m sticking up for the gay community not just coz I got gays in my family BUT because it’s things like this where people take thier OWN life’s because things like this make them feel **** like they are doing something wrong it’s not them

In Texas last week a transgender 'Jammie Booker' won the world's strongest woman competition, he's a man. Glamour magazine gave 9 trans women activists the 'woman of the year' award, They're men. A black lesbian 'Tish Hyman' got kicked out of golds gym in L.a because she complained about a trans woman staring at her while she was naked in the shower.

All of that happened within a few weeks. It's illegal for a man to stand outside at a window and watch women undress but he can go INTO a women's changing area and do that if he SAYS he's a woman.

In Australia a trans woman broke a women's leg in soccer, her sporting career ended, women got took to court, fined thousands for SAYING what they're DOING.

The left call it inclusion.

That's just a few incidents there's many more.

Most normal people understand basic facts like what a woman is and how many genders there are. You don't understand because you've been completely indoctrinated by gender ideology and woke bs. Your own self image, being seen to be 'tolerant' 'inclusive' and 'accepting' has rendered you stupid e.g you're unable to understand those basic facts lol

I seen there was a debate about abortion on this forum and you opined ' men shouldn't have a say on whether a woman has an abortion because they don't have a womb ' ok by your reasoning trans women shouldn't have a say on whether they get to enter women's changing areas or 'compete' in their sports because they don't have a womb. Be consistent.

Oh I get it. Merely saying what some people in your beloved 'oppressed' group are doing is infuriating to you. 'scour the press' nope . Tish Hyman's video went viral it got millions of views. It's not my fault you're unaware of what's happening in this world.

Biology matters. Having a clear definition of man/woman. Male/ female matters because if it doesn't then there can't be sexual orientation. Gay means same sex attraction. With gender ideology, trans activists they define it as same gender identity attraction hence some lesbians told they're 'transphobic' if they won't date 'men who have a penis'

There are two biological sexes right enough, but gender isn't biological sex, it's a social construct and it's fluid. Think of it as an variable scale, some people are unfortunate enough to be born with a body of one sex or the other but a brain that's developed for the other and that's biologically explainable because of the way the embryo and eventually foetus develops.

Transexuality is a thing. It's pretty much undeniable no matter how much the bigots, whether religiously driven or politically driven, try to deny it.

Oh I'm consistent. On abortion it's ultimately the woman's right to choose. She's the one that has to carry the child with all of the implications that has for short and long term health. What you've just done there is set up a classical straw man argument a logical fallacy in any forum of debate. Try harder.

I'm very politically and socially aware thank you, and have been since my early teens. Your view is dogmatic. You produce no reasoned arguments, rather you look for an angle to promote your own world view which is exactly what a dogmatist does. They also use the classical logical fallacies to try and support their argument (not reasoning, argument) and remain inflexible.

Try doing some proper research. That means going to biological science sites and authors that are properly peer reviewed, by the way. Not religious or political extreme You Tube channels

If gender is a social construct how can anyone be born in the wrong body? 🤔 You have subscribed to pseudoscience . Oh I'm fully aware that transexuality is a thing. It's shoved in our face constantly lol as for 'reasoned arguments ' do you think it's ok that men are winning awards that are for women, men winning in women's sports, convicted wife beaters rights 'trans woman Alexis Black' taking precedence over a woman's rights because he's trans, SHE got kicked out of golds gym banned from the gym because she objects to a trans women staring at her while she's naked.

Woman getting their legs broken, ending their sporting career in soccer because of 'trans inclusive policy' etc . Is any of that ok?

Take it from a female who’s a female I do not care about your dribble if people want to sex change they can if people want to be straight gay bi or trans or pink and purple WHAT does it matter to you it’s thier body thier I don’t see them any different to me or anyone on the planet why you having a full blown argument over it like I SAID they shouldn’t be refused in the work place full stop STOP judging people because u have a brain the size of a peanut 🥜

Try reading what people post and stop jumping to conclusions. I never said people shouldn't be allowed to have a sex change. Not did I say people shouldn't be gay, bi or trans. Stop being stupid
