I want to get muscle and lift. I’ve mostly done only cardio in the gym during my weight loss journey. Everytime I go over to the weights and do stuff i think im doing it wrong or look foolish walking around staring at the pictures on the machines. Then I watch people and get caught and give the creepy vibe lol well it is creepy I guess.

Just got home from the Gym. In my journey I have lost 26kg in 12 months. The first 20kg came off in the first 6 months. Stick with it and don't worry about what others think and don't worry how you look. You are on the journey.

As @Baby Universal said, don’t stress about what people think.

Not sure if this is allowed but there’s a guy called James Smith who’s an online PT. He does a lot of free content including videos/guides. Talks a lot of sense when it comes to setting goals and what to aim for. Extremely straight talking. Likes to swear a lot.
