I want to get muscle and lift. I’ve mostly done only cardio in the gym during my weight loss journey. Everytime I go over to the weights and do stuff i think im doing it wrong or look foolish walking around staring at the pictures on the machines. Then I watch people and get caught and give the creepy vibe lol well it is creepy I guess.

Just got home from the Gym. In my journey I have lost 26kg in 12 months. The first 20kg came off in the first 6 months. Stick with it and don't worry about what others think and don't worry how you look. You are on the journey.

As @Baby Universal said, don’t stress about what people think.

Not sure if this is allowed but there’s a guy called James Smith who’s an online PT. He does a lot of free content including videos/guides. Talks a lot of sense when it comes to setting goals and what to aim for. Extremely straight talking. Likes to swear a lot.

I actually had to double check as your name isn’t/wasn’t common and I remembered, oddly, Sparkling Cyanide is Irish and it all clicked! Glad to see you around 18 years later!

Lol, yeah she went formerly by Missy-FB before she became Sparkling Cyanide. Her and I dated for a bit ages and ages ago. Lmao, has it really been 18 years? Damn lol

Ah yes I do remember those times. Sadly also yes 18 years lol. Seems literally yesterday when we think back doesn’t it? Still love this place though. I wish the arcade was here still.

Yeah, the forums take some time to catch up with the blue badge things and there’s still time for @Chopper to give me my marching orders 😆

Not had any grief from cams tbf. I don’t think many use them. Pics, now that’s a whole different ball game
 
Haha yeah I know what you mean. I see CM has sorted lesbian chat admin so one step at a time. And choppers always been fair as far as I remember so got nothing to worry about there 😁
 
And screem and kelz have been modding as well as admin/co-admin in numerous rooms along with me ( except j was in Gay chat) when you and half your team were still in your dads nut sack. Irrelevant response from an irrelevant administrator of chat avenue.
