First you said he wasn't the banned account now you're claiming he is and saying it doesn't make him a predator for constantly posting in the teens forum when given warnings by @purplerose not to access it. If he didn't know the rules, sure but constantly going back then saying he goes there because it's "appealing" is a red flat. But you don't see that because you have a history of just not getting it. You can't even tell the difference between a profile with a photo of a 5 year old and a teen and I know from experience because when I modded you lectured me about it when you said not to deal with Cassie because her father was sending lawyers to @Chatmaster and you wanted all complaints from. Her sent to you. Regardless if she was real or not, you thought she was real.
