Is HR a Good Admin / UM?

it brings me no pleasure making this thread, but there are lots of talk amongst the grapevine that maybe @H.R. PufnStuf isn't doing a very good job being the local UM / General Chat admin...

so i was just generally wondering, casually speaking, what does the community think??? i won't add any input until perhaps later as the thread progresses, & as the thread progresses, & everyone casts their votes lets keep it civil;

that means...

no making admin complaints 🙎🏼‍♀️

no throwing shade 🙎🏼‍♀️

no w.e trolling is 🙎🏼‍♀️

no bashing each other 🙎🏼‍♀️

no witch hunting 🙎🏼‍♀️

the point of this thread is simply to give everyone a true opportunity to share their;

• Suggestions, Comments, and Feedback

as to the quality of the job that our dear ol' friend @H.R. PufnStuf is doing, & perhaps it's time that his performance is reviewed by his peers...

if you don't wish to provide any suggestions, comments, or feedback relevant & within' the confines of the guidelines laid out in this thread then there is also a poll that u can use to cast your vote & voice your feedback that way 🙂

i'm just curious about one thing,

if altruistic is defined as; showing a disinterested, & selfless concern for the well being of others

then how am i not making this thread from an altruistic position?

what exactly is my ulterior motive here??? wat am i gaining exactly by making this thread if not seeking the improvement of the wider community, & making the argument that one of it's main admins (the subject) being directly apart of the problem that is dragging the community down???

i even said in my first comment, i am not even necessarily seeking the removal of HR as general chat admin, i just want him to do a better job than what hes currently offering, or step aside & let someone else do it... how is that selfish? it's not like i'll be the one replacing him if that was to happen, despite joking about it..

i'm constantly working towards assisting the mods, & by extension the admin in exposing pedophile users...

my grievance stems from the fact that these criminals with all the evidence stacked against them are only given temporarily bans, just to return & continue offending; but will permanently ban someone that is generally just a retarded jackass who makes edgy jokes for shock value, but never actually compromised the safety of a minor...

that he is deliberately allowing the chat to be dangerous to it's underage users, by irresponsibly giving these dangerous pedophiles second chances even though a pedophile can't just stop being a pedophile, despite the fact that these same pedophiles wouldn't even be allowed to enter a public park if there are children present 🙎🏼‍♀️

👆🏼 this is where i drew the line in the sand, & decided that i was fed up with the admin's detrimental incompetency👆🏼

i dont give a sh*t about some old ass thread i forgot about, what i care about is this website being a safer place for everyone, especially the underage users that come here & having someone with a perspective like that in the position he's in is dangerous in & of itself even if he's isn't a pedophile too (which i don't believe he is fyi)

i'm done for the night, remember the guidelines friends 😇

Finally you admitted the real intent, to slander more users- this time me- suggesting i'm a criminal too? send your "proof" if any actually exists of those serious accusations, to @Chatmaster

And while doing so show him this- it's you being actioned for what I assume you mean by "danger to underage users"- it's you caught posting nudes/porn in front of kids in the main chat- and I agree that needs looking into.
