Lmfao your raw you are. :lol:Dogs are only smelly if stupid owners don't look after them properly.
My dog is a pampered pooch and I bet his arsehole smells sweeter than some of you scroats in here.

"Human stuff" can be VERY poisonous for Dogs. That's a fact. 'Animal product companies' make healthy food, specifically designed for their diet as the "human" food is nothing but absolute garbage these days - containing all kind of unnatural, poisonous stuff.
--------
And who the **** gives its dog Coffee & Coca Cola?? That **** is toxic. Granted, in large quantities, but still. Why? :| In the end of day, they're dogs and we're humans; there are stuff that they simply cannot digest probably... And really, shouldn't.
****ing Americans, seriously... If you were in Sweden, and would've said that you deliberately give your dog Coffee, Coke, Chips, etc. You would no doubt lose your dog, as the Government can legally "adopt" it if you can't take care of it properly.
And that's a Great Dane, right? What happened to her/him? Great Danes are in great need of to have very specific diet in order to live longer, or so I've heard. I used to have a neighbor who had a Great Dane that was 16 years old. She moved out not too long ago, so I don't know if it's still alive.
I give my Doberman Pedigree, and it's working great. His fur is perfect, and so he, overall.
And what? Maccass & KFC? That's equivalent to McDonalds, right? Well, we don't have that here... Yet.
Any ideas on better socializing dogs? I got an English bulldog today and my roommates pit bull doesn't think of him as his best friend. They were doing fine at the park but now that they're at home, the pit bull nips at him. I know it's a territorial thing. They eat from seperate bowls and have their own toys as well.

i have a...cat question. my persian is 10 weeks old and since persian hair is so fluffy and long when she poops she gets bits of it stuck in her fur. ofc i cut it out but should i just shave her behind every month to help prevent it in the first place? lol
would that traumatize her?
How old are both dogs?
If the pit bull is older hes showing his dominance
which if your dog is younger the expectation is that your dog should cower to the older dog
are they both fixed?
and when does the pit seem to nip at your dog?
And your question is?I have 3 dogs 2 minature horses 30 gallon fish tank a pacman frog a crestecd gecko and a Eastern king snake still a baby. The reptiles have special needs they have to have heat and thier food is not like dog food my snake eats pinky mice and my froh eats crickets and mice. The crested gecko eats baby food fruit and once a week eats crickets. Reptiles are really awesome to have I would say a pet snake corn snake or king snake would be great for frist time pepole that have never had a reptile befor. 🙂
And your question is?
The pit is about three years old and my bulldog is a little over one year. The pit only really nips and bites when they get too close to eachother. Dozer, being a bulldog, doesn't really seem to give a ****. He's only bitten back once. And only the pit bull is fixed.
Its def a dominance issue
the older dog is trying to show your dog that hes not to be screwed with in his own home so its like bow down bitch.
This could be a serious situation
Try walking them together on a short leash
dont stop dont let them stop just keep walking them side by side
hopefully that will build trust between the dogs
Im having a hard time with giving advice on this one because of the breed (pit) and because I dont know how your room mate has socialized his dog with other dogs
I think your dog not being fixed could be part of the problem where the pit is fixed.
right now its not that big of an issue but if ya'll leave the dogs alone one day it could be a major issue.
I would talk with your vet or even send an email to the ceasar milan or another dog trainer.
I'd like to try that, but my roommate is being a retard and won't go pick his dog up. I've received a lot of different advice from people, but everyone has said to take them for walks.
Snoop (the pit) is usually pretty good around smaller dogs. He was raised with a Jack Russel, but he's never really been around dogs bigger than him. I talked to the vet yesterday and she told me to try rewarding and giving Snoop a little more attention to make him think that when my dog is around, he gets rewarded, just not rewarded for bad behavior.
yeah, i clean her eyes 3 times/day, comb her fur once/day, etc. i was thinking about getting her a lion cut...lol. her fur back there is shorter now cause i trimmed it a bit without much fuss from crookshanks.Do you groom her yourself or do you bring her somewhere?
When I was being trained in grooming we were told to use a small scissors to keep the hair around the anal area as short as possible and to advise the owners to clean that area up every 2 - 3 weeks.
