Quite possible, but if people just stand by while things fall further and further apart, nobody can expect an improvement. The saddest part about all of is, as much as people in “power” say they care, nothing is addressed. The almighty sweep under the rug is always the easiest option. Close the thread, or pm or abuse. Those are the 3 general responses that occur. Fair that some of the complaints are from ******** who act up a lot, but we have lost a lot of good ******** due to the issues that are never dealt with.

To have our complaints recognised and addressed with some clear and visible pathways to rectification (and action showing this is happening), is all us regs want. Some trolls keep going on how it’s better now than when there was no admin. Majority of the ******** will disagree! When @purplerose was leading the room, love or hate her, she ran a tight ship. She was not flakey. What she said happened. Her mods followed the rules put in place. Those things do not happen like that now. We have vindictive moderating on a regular basis. And when the heats gets too much the bolt or mod while hiding.

We have all seen screenshots leaked from the Singles chat teams Skype group. The fact this even exists and the level of toxicity and nastiness about the ******** that a lot of them used to be friends with on there is disgusting.

We want to be heard. We want a management team we can actually trust to do the right thing. We want a team who actually care and doesn’t use their position to release their pent up anger. We want a room in which there’s a clear line in the sand where everyone knows where they stand. Hold the mods accountable for their actions. The screenshots when people are kicked do not show enough to prove they were in the wrong. It shows no context of the conversation’s in play at the time. A mod should not be baiting ******** in pm after they are muted to gain a reaction in which she can kick them. This mod should be removed from her position effect 7months ago

Want to hurt the site and force them to react, take away the very things that keeps it going. THAT is the only way you are going to enact any sort of change in Chat Ave.

Yea well unfortunately in some things money makes the world go around. However, we should not just be forced to accept **** conditions, and by inaction, thats what they are saying. Those who have the power to make things right by various choices and changes need to see things for how they are. It is not just trolls complaining here..

Well written! The same thing happens in most rooms. I remember General Chat being an absolute mess daily when all those ******** were in there as well, and nothing was ever done. All we heard was use ignore, do not feed the trolls etc etc. There was constant doxxing, trolling, spam endlessly, you would spend all your time ignoring to reignore when they changed names to continue on their rants. The room went silent and less traffic and ******** were there (HR will say this wasnt the case).

HR on forums was encouraging trolls to come into the General Room that were a problem in other rooms or hiring them as mods until they behaved in exactly the same manner they were once removed for. I thought the whole purpose of being a admin/mod was the responsibility of the room to change the unacceptable behaviour/rule breakers. Isnt that what you signed up for? not to sit back and watch the mayhem happen.

It is very clear in most of the rooms nobody cares about what is going on only about making money for the site (what this site is about after all its a business). This is clearly obvious from the complaints on forums (before they are removed/moved/closed).

Thank god general now has mods who will remove ******** who are disruptive, they are warned once, muted, if they repeat they are gone, this is more about the capacity of the mod than the admin of the room. We have lost decent mods due to unreal behaviours of higher authority.

Goodluck singles chat but nothing will change while there is a teenager at the helm as no offence to Dylan but over the recent months shows he has no show of controlling the room.

There are options to speak our minds. Forum posts - for specific room, complaints and improvements. These forum categories are here for a reason. So it seems to me very funny that our toxic leadership always march there with their flying monkeys to try to stop it every time with insults like "cry me a river". Threads are closed without solve. My last thread Dylan closed it with "When I’m done with college I’ll deal with this." He never PMed me and as far as I know, no action has been taken, even when I listed 6 affected people. I say - let's continue with reporting. It is important that feedback will be seen. Even now it actually got attention how many complains are on Singles room. In my opinion it is good thing, even when few people will complain with stupid arguments like "oh you are like a child". ... Guys, I don't know how about you, but having a feedback and act on it is very important in adult world. If you don't do it, or if you even think that you don't need it, than you are lacking self-reflection. That is actually root of being toxic. ... If somebody wanna this to stop, it is not good idea to start to troll those who complain, but seriously to do something about it.

There's a problem when you have 0 time for your own room and spend time in other rooms during the minimal time you are online whilst the mods you hired are running amok in the room you admin, and there's multiple complaints you're not dealing with on a forum.

He's been online and not responded to this thread even towards the people being respectful and fair... Doesn't that show a disregard for his room? Including him making jokes about it on other people's profiles?

Mod logs on invisible, kicks a spammer once then gives up as he continues to spam. Another mod joins for five minutes he then registers and puts up a picture of his dirty beef missile. It's Oreo who is underage. A mod probably won't be on for another few hours.

An idea just came to me about something potentially helpful, the only way this works is if everyone posts with grace. I want to say that in this room you have groups of people all over the world who have been raised differently so everyone has very different humor as well as issues that a bigger to them than the might be to someone else.

Here is my idea… All of you take a lot of screenshots of your kicks, all of you also know that you toe the lines with the rules of the room and down right violate them also. With that being said each of you post a screenshot from one of your kicks and think of the rules and put yourself in the shoes of the Mods as well as Admin and state what you would have done as a mod for that situation. Your reason can’t be because they mod hates me, the mod is soft, it has to be legit feedback. Don’t cause madness on this thread or it will get closed. Be respectful and show that you’re adults. This post is not made with the intention of bashing anyone but merely to see how we all would hold ourselves accountable and how you would like to see things reacted to. Maybe some healthy conversations can get going between everyone.

They know what they're doing. There is no language barrier. What one gets kicked for, they let others do. When I modded, I tried to scroll up to get the whole situation because one person might be flagged but not flagging the instigator because they didn't care or think they'd get flag for something that most would just block someone over.

Ever notice that even the sweetest people are getting muted or kicked when they tend to avoid confrontation? One of the obsessive no lifers in there is hardcore who double browses and flags people from guest accounts. He'll even scroll up hours worth to look for people he doesn't like to flag anything border line. When the person isn't kicked, he jumps in the mods PMs to complain then takes it to main.

You used to be able to clown on each other as long as it didn't disrupt the room and wasn't over the line, now people are getting kicked for anything.

I know this isn’t a language barrier, but there is the issue of some posts being offensive to some people and not others, like that people cross which some people are hey whatever about and some are deeply hurt by. I know that hardcore is a very big issue to some of you and not to others and i do think given he is forum banned it speaks a lot of the trouble he causes. BUT again my message is for self accountability and to get a conversation going as to what can be done differently, maybe about one’s intentions to get a better personal understanding for each person. It doesn’t hurt to try different ways to solve an issue.
 
There were NEVER this many problems before. People joked and if someone found it offensive you were warned and told why. None of this “you know what you’re doing” or “we know what you’re up to”

Look what happened when I posted the “Lucy Goosey” gif. It’s on the gif list and I got kicked for doxxing MULTIPLE TIMES even thou mods were told it was a Chat Ave gif. But because some of them don’t care for me I was targeted.

Yeah and the mod who kicked you last time over it, knew it. Then when the room posted ss of Dylan saying it's fine, she raged and started kicking people. That was one of his "diamond in the rough" picks, someone who'd go ballistic towards Infamous and get kicked/muted constantly for fighting with people.

I don’t get the sense that anyone wants Dylan or any of the mods to be removed, maybe I’m wrong here. From the posts people have made everyone is just asking for the same clear and consistent treatment. I think maybe these posts seem as if they are made with the intent to be hurtful or cause issues for people but that’s not the case.

You've got previous (awesome!) mods telling you there's issues, literally showing screenshots and doing it respectfully... How aren't you seeing the problem here? Why aren't you addressing those issues instead of writing two lines that are borderline mockery of "hurhurhur I'll give you a trial."

You can't ask for respect when you've given nobody that same treatment. Respect would be addressing the actual concerns and having an open discussion where you don't go on the defensive and/or pretend it isn't happening.

So many people collectively can't be wrong if they're all saying the same thing.

I didn’t remove Shyone or BARESY they quit on their own behalf because they didn’t want to follow guidelines set by the upper management and myself. I believe it was copy and pasting what users said into kick reasons and screenshotting why they are removing VIPS to document. Everyone is making it out like I treated them with disrespect but that’s not the case at all. This whole thread makes me and the staff to be tyrants which isn’t the case. I’ve been told by upper management things are max kick and not bannable offences things that people do. I do and we do not need to warn for these. If people aren’t familiar with rules then they can read them. I’m currently working on a more up to date version which is going to be like practically baby sitting. I’ve given inches and people take miles. And this doesn’t mean the rules are going to be petty. Means they are going to be explained like I’m telling toddlers how to behave. I personally have never had an issue with yourself who I’ve quoted or don’t want to have one (so don’t think I do) I just wanted to strictly reply to this one comment. Regulars do not need warnings for things that they do everyday to break rules rules which are easy to find on forums and infact in the infomation box Everytime they enter the room. Let’s say someone comes in and uses the n word. Why would we warn them (this being a regular everyday VIP chatter) who knows the rules and knows this word is prohibited. This doesn’t warrant a warning. The solution to problems isn’t to remove mods who work very hard (behind the scenes aswell) This thread is mainly about Chaos so I’m going to use her as an example. All the bots web whores and everything like that. She will create a list and I will ban this list. Will tell me the script texts which they use and this is added to the spam ban filter upon being seen by the Upper management team. Oreo who is also featured in this event. The mods you all moan the most about are the ones who inform me of this user clear his spam deal with Sang. This all warrants nothing apparently. All the good goes not seen. But when a reg is kicked OH NO. Which everyone knows the rules if not refresh memories and it turns into forum thread after forum thread and witch hunts. If I see staff do something in which I don’t think is the right coarse of action. I tell them. And offer advices differently and if you ask they will tell you this. We all want to do what’s best and right. Suggestions are open. Comment away with them
 
Most people do. And is in the factor of this thread. It didn’t apply to everyone. I’m also going to re write the moderator guidelines and ensure they are being forced (now all staff are modded on forums and will be able to see this on the singles mod section. I’m hoping by the end of next week I’ll have both these re written and we will see if this is going to stop the issues
 
The spammers aren't the problem. We would like you to hold some of your biased mods accountable who pick when, where and who to enforce the rules on. You have one mod who logs on and goes to the Quiz room to flirt in pms or play Trivial Pursuit with herself while she doesn't see the room and just kicks people based on flags. That's like going to the movies and facing the projector with your back turned to the screen. One of the mods still uses the admin panel glitch because she doesn't want to appear in the room after harassing two mods and bullying one into quitting and eventually deleting when she looked for reasons to kick her.
 
Then you have another mod who spent two months using the admin panel glitch to kick people knowing they couldn't complain about them. I don't know why you hired FEA, she has the temperament of Aileen Wuornos and was always looking to talk sh*t to people.

Also, stop trying to make it seem like this is a "witch hunt" you're a Christian, not a Pagan, we all know what the witch hunts were and who enforced them. You have other admins and mods seeing through your gas lighting and you trying to redirect the blame on the users in the room.

I've not specifically said about regs being kicked. Some of the people in this thread alone I'd happily see removed from the room completely. I've had my troll moments and taken my kicks, that's not the issue. It's the favouritism that's been shown, it's the level of trolling being overlooked, it's a mod who instigates, and a mod who sits on the list doing nothing whilst racism, rule breaking, R*ape jokes etc are made and screenshots have been provided multiple times on multiple occasions for both things I just mentioned. Once or twice would be fine. Everyone is human. But when it's pattern enough that multiple screenshots can be provided? That's an issue. The good doesn't make the bad lesser. It doesn't even balance it. A wrong is still a wrong, Dylan.

As for your previous posts in other similar threads, it's not fair to tell your ******** you have no time and make jokes when they're trying to get some form of communication going... And I'm not talking about the likes of freddy, fairy, Russian army, etc who are clearly just trolls wanting to be given a free run like regs who are shown favouritism, but the ones who came with genuine complaints. You discarded their feelings and that doesn't reflect well on you.


I've got no issues with the mods themselves, I generally get along with most people in the room, but one of your mods even came in here to laugh at people... That isn't right. Nor is not taking notice when a previous admin tells you of how troublesome another mod is and always has been.

The doxxing and trolling issue in the room is going beyond what is normal levels, and your mod chat being leaked where your mods discuss ******** they want to kick for fun shows that it's pretty toxic on both sides.

Again you're getting defensive when there's literal proof of the stuff I've just mentioned and you're trying to make it OK with "but they kick sang!" sang is the least of people's worries about that room, she's a joke and is across the board. You're not acknowledging the actual issues and you're not taking accountability for the mess that the room is in... That's where the issue lies.

As I said before... It's very unlikely that so many people can be wrong when they're all saying the same thing collectively and without attacking or being disrespectful.
 
There used to be kick on sight lists... updated regularly. every room had one. Then the rule came down about kick on sight wasnt allowed. and now its been said it is?

some of the mods have been angling for a mod spot since long before the current admin came on the scene. They werent "passed up" because of bias. they werent hired because of their actions. its clear they smelled fresh meat and attacked and now the hooks are deep. and the entanglement large.

Yeah, mod chat was a lot of them just gossiping and talking sh*t about users, sharing Private Messages of Michael NC hitting on women and other various screenshots that were private. There's even ones of a mod starting sh*t with me and asking for back up so two other mods would show up as if that'd intimidate me. It's a chat room, not a shooting gallery.

But you can see EmotionalRacoon laughing at it and she was one of the loons who jumped in to harass me because I refused to try and get Chaos_NoPMs and Tigress fired when she felt one was racist and the other transphobic. @Chaos_NoPMs knows exactly what Im talkinh about because Emotional sent me a ss (that I now know was taken out of context) to make her look racist. We have since addressed the issue.

Exactly this. Some of the mods that have been hired were the exact people you shouldn't be hiring. It's a power trip or a gloat for some.

There's multiple people in that room who should be kick on sight in every damn room there is. Instead they're allowed to run free whilst others get kicked for the slightest things. I've not been one of them, but even when I was more present in the room (I've not been as of late because it's so bloody toxic every time I log on) and did step out of line, I took my kick because I knew I did wrong. Some of the kicks here have been blatantly done for a power trip or because of favouritism.

I'll put it this way, how many of the people here complaining have been kicked by @purplerose @Screem @Baresy @ShyOne @Absolut Bitch and not complained because they knew it was a fair kick.

The people in this thread aren't complaining about kicks they know they are due. Christ I'm sure CRUDE, @Boba Fett and @BeautifulDisaster77 will all admit with me we cross lines sometimes and know we deserve a kick. It's the kicks they're getting for no reasons that is annoying people.

I think I can be a good moderator but I stepped down. The rules I was told are @Chatmaster s and not yours. There is NO banning by room Admin only the powers that be can do that. Then there was your refusal to back your Moderators against trolls. Now the trolls rule the room. And more than half the mods are trolls I was not SS'ing everything that happened in the room and every mute and kick. You NEVER dealt with any problems that arose as you are now. Give the trolls and peds VIP and they are safe. VIP should be taken away and NOT refunded after a second infraction. Not all of this is on you @DynamicDylan it falls on the hierarchy aswell. You just don't fight for it all.

Oh yeah, I've owned up to most of my kicks. I'll know I'm in the wrong and take it. Mt first kick was by @Absolut Bitch for posting a meme of Veles dreaming of Goon licking his "hand". Sorry Veles, we're cool now but that was funny. I don't do that anymore though. But when I get kicked, it's by the same people and it's over bs. I posted a news video ABOUT an Eagles fan who ate horse uhh yeah, it didn't show him eating it, it was about the incident and I got kicked for "posting person eating feces".

Screem did kick me once on some bs. I posted a song and he claimed it was directed at another mod when the song I actually tagged them in was a band we were all discussing.

It's just a chat room but I think as long as people have invested money and time into the room, they should be able to voice their concerns without being told were whining or being losers. If it weren't for this site, I wouldn't have found the few close people I talk to off this including one I love, so to see it go downhill so fast, is depressing. I don't even stay if I see certain mods are on and now, you can't even tell if they're on because they're invisible.

He's not even banning guest profiles which he doesn't need CM approval for. How many times does Secludedstar, 3inchhorse, Robbo (he makes r*pe comments, gets kicked then Nofeels gives up and let's him stay once he rolls his name) , Goon, etc come in and do their "look mah, no meds!" Routine then come right back?

Don't even get me in Chas or LoneRob. Rob was posting penis and ss of cam girls in chat as he always does right before going super saiyan and spamming the room with his "fake girls/catfish" menifesto.

I never have claimed to be an angel and yes, I have gotten my share of well deserved kicks from some of the people you listed (PurpleRose was before my time)

But to be kicked because a mod assumed I was directing something at someone when it was just a general funny post, or to be kicked for doxxing after posting a goose gif that’s one of the gifs chat Ave provides is ludicrous.

If the mods can read minds or predict the future they should be giving out lotto numbers or working for the Miss Cleo hotline instead.

The very ones that are complaining against present mods and admins were "in their shoes before".
In all that mess ( involving the support members' crew sucking up to mods and admins ) they fucked up so majestic that the whole forum had to be erased with all member's posts and started all over again from zero.

I ban them all when I come into the room and see them or that they are kicked. I kicked Rob twice last night for his actions and Chas I haven’t seen in awhile so no comment.

I definitely deserve the odd kick. I don’t care about them either, I never whinge like a bitch (see how I do that hardcore 😉)

In saying that some recent kicks have been for absolutely nothing. As I mentioned it’s emotion and or a biased reason… or just completely incorrect.

Correct that @ShyOne and I stepped down. Not because we wanted to but because an accumulation of issues that were never dealt with and the lack of support we had as mods. Then having to screenshot every last thing was just the straw the broke the camels back.

The thing is Dylan if the way people were reprimanded was fair and equal none of us would have issues. But the fact is I have been in many times where people are muted or kicked and they legit did nothing wrong. Not one broken rule. This is where issues come from. Context is not recorded in flag posts or the mods reason for mute/kick. There are plenty of things mods or admins say that could be taken out of context and be “kick worthy” according to your team.

It’s not even about writing rules that even a toddler can understand. That’s just plain condescending and unnecessary. Hold your mods accountable same as you expect ******** to be. If mods get lots of complaints you say they are pulled up by yourself with other alternatives to deal with stuff in the room, but none of us see positive changes.
If there are legit complaints, put your mod on notice … give them time out. Plenty of the mods behave as badly as ********. But they get away with it

Very well put but he's young and I think he took the ADMIN position with the hopes of making older friends and being respected. First person he banned was a no brainer, user named Nakie who would get a two hour kick for putting up full naked photos of her where she looked like the bathtub lady from the Shinning, rejoin and re-upload them. Everyone was happy. I don't know when it started to go downhill but he told multiple people within a month that he was quitting and it was too much. I dont know why he just doesn't step aside since he's told multiple people including his mods that he doesn't care about the room. Let someone else take over.

Ryan spams gifs about users non stop. It took him spamming that gif for 15 mins that he uses of a woman on a treadmill to try and harass you, to finally be muted in which he then left.

Dude come on, I get that you're friends that doesn't make her behavior allowable. This is about trying to fix an unending problem in chat. We are doing it respectfully and quietly this thread hurts no one unless you're guilty of said problems. Sang literally posted photos of people's dead relatives and kids. She didn't expose anything except that some users have relatives that passed on or have kids, and underage relatives. F*ck outta here with that noise.

I've only got a pm over pedos on guests I've reported or guests doxxing people, which is easier than anything. Never were my problems addressed. He still hasn't even addressed Russian Army threatening to shoot up my house and assault my mother.

And for some reason, it ended up in the suggestions forum, probably by my mistake, which all the more reason for him to ignore it because CM only looks at the complaint forum.

That's a legitimate question @DynamicDylan. You didn't do anything about it until I went to CM and then after that you "talked with him". It did slow down but didn't stop. Instead of firing him you let him stay away for a few weeks and Breaka came back in as EmotionalReliefMod. Until ultimately you did rid of him.

As far as @Chaos_NoPMs up until recently I have never had a problem with her modding. I mean, I think she takes it far too seriously but overall I never had a problem with how she modded me... I feel like there are two things that have changed her modding (at least with me) she doesn't like @Freddy_922 who I am friends with in chat, therefore she nit picks and is heavy on the action button with me. But no different than the other mods regular modding... (wait, except the other day. That was definitely a meltdown) Secondly, I truly feel like she's dealing with the brunt end of all the other crap mods. The other two who I think are good mods aren't there nearly as much and are there to have fun, which it shows.

This. So much this... It loops back to mutual respect and fair treatment. He continues to say we're all wrong and his mods are right, even with numerous pieces of proof. Have your mod teams back when it's correct, but equally they need to have accountability when they mess up... And if they keep messing up, take action. The people he's defending don't even respect him enough to correct themselves to ensure he doesn't get the stick for it... What kind of team is that?

Until the attitude of “this person is doing x y z and they’re not being punished so I will continue with my actions” stops this room will not change. Help fix the problem, don’t become part of it.

While I agree with you, the real issue is the ADMIN and having no back bone to reel in his mods because he's too comfortable with them kissing his ass. The ones in this thread and the room aren't the only ones who see this. People on the outside looking in see it, one mod who was fairly new in Adult Chat didn't know the golden rule like the rest of the seasoned mods and ADMINs that you don't publicly weigh in on an issue involving an admin or mod.

The room he got rid of one, two quit and there is only one mod on the roster who was a mod before Dylan became an admin, but quit shortly after finding out he was the new Admin then later was rehired.

This isn't an issue where mods don't know what they're doing, they know what they're doing is wrong and do it any ways because they get away with it which enables them. The longer they've gotten away with it, the more emboldened they've become. The only solution is to one by one clean house with the exception of a few mods and start from the top, but that'll never happen. It'll take a whole year of people complaining, mods telling them they're losers and "whining" for speaking out and the room will be in more disaray than now.
 
Yeah Ryan G /Hemsworth is a prime example.

He spams multiple people for hours on end, always trying to gaslight/ insult/ be a maggot because it’s in his DNA and many times he’s left to continue

I always hear from the same mods “you two just don’t like each other “ (it’s true I can’t stand him as he’s a true sick pos) but it’s obvious he is a problem for most people there… he’s entirely vile.

It’s funny… when I insult him it’s only posting **** back at him he’s actually done in the past 🤣 … like sending unsolicited nudes of his very … ahhh modest body, him pretending to be a woman, him being abusive etc etc

Yet he still gets away with cluster spamming me and others all the time. He tries the **** thing, tries to use dependants in insults , talks about dead parents … most recently he’s been trying to gaslight me over my dead dog… what a guy!!

This maggot does this on a daily basis and some of the mods support him. This alone justifies being removed from the position
