it says that CLEARLY after the OFFICIAL RULE and thats saying that for ANYWHERE IN PRIVATE, hense the "we strongly encourage you not to share with anyone" meaning outside the rule.

The rule was present. "DO NOT post socials in public" is the rule... the 'ADVICE' and 'OPINION' was giving after for that "we strongly encourage you not to post socials at all" meaning pms, wall posts etc. -that part is the allowed part but not encouraged

FALSE- The only thing in regard to socials is in the 2nd and 3rd bullet.
-one says do not post other peoples socials
-the other says do not post socials in main chat

It says do not post socials in main chat. Stop trying to justify wrongful authority.

as main/profiles are in public it is not allowed, meaning he got warned>muted>and continued to be kicked for not following the mods warnings. HR did what hes supposed to do and the user is the one who was not following rules and CONTINUED after warnings and mutes.

again this rhetoric about public and private. The only time the word public is used is as it refers to main chat. The user literally compromised and adjusted their profile and you guys still sicked them like a bunch of egoistic hounds.
 
you do realize that these rules where made pre-modern. there was no moods or bios for classic chat. Main was public. Public is now main and profiles. you can only post socials in private. Also fyi about 50% of actionable rules are only listed in mod rules and not in the Public (outdated) rules. Mods will take action the same way as HR did for all rooms as thats what mod rules says to do.

Its ironic, because if you had just been civil and asked me, instead of going to def com4 and chat lawyering up, this could have all been dealt with in PM . OP you have been given options by PR to purchase advertising space etc. and what is ok here or not She has forgotten more about this site than many of us will ever know about it. If you want to know the ins and outs of those things listen to her and the mods in singles. Funny that- cause I tried to tell you on main to go ask her she knows all the admin things about advertising and all that.
 
ahh the old moderator discretion loophole.

Mods can harass people with this loophole because there is no defintion for it. People follow the rules as they see them listed not as you guys perceive them. Users can not read your minds.

-in others words Mods do as they want even if you follow rules. Any opposition to it results in mods saying "get fucked, im mod"

Which you still deleted and put your name into it again and this time you actually put “social links business names, and attacking mode now allowed” unlike the first 4 times when it just said “Removed HR” yet this time there was no links business or anything about you and you still removed it.

except no one was called racist? and no one spammed other accounts? I only have one account. I followed the rules. He said no social handles but the rules say social handles aren’t allowed in /main chat/ so we argued about whether my profile is considered MY profile or main chat. I gave up and took the social handle out. he deleted my bio still, and i asked why he deleted my company since it had no social and got muted. he said no business names either. i took the business name out and wrote a passive agressive one which i understand why that one got removed. I wrote a whole new bio, of just my favourite quotes, and he still removed it. I was in the middle of playing a game when i was kicked for supposedly calling HR “racist.” Turns out he’s claiming the about me of my favourite quotes (“i smell racism”)is calling him racist when it’s just ONE of MY favourite things to say, out of 3 other things on that list.
I see the no social handle names rules, but it says in main chat. You guys say my profile is the main chat so i’ll accept your grey area/mod discretion thing. I took it out so i wasn’t “trying to get it my way” there. Admin says the business name is an ad so i have to accept that, and still i took it out, so “not trying to have it my way” there either. The part that you would call me “mad about,” or “trying to get my way” is i can’t even put a list of my favourite things to say? The list even said “my fave quotes” but HR took the liberty to apply “i smell racism” to himself when there were 3 other quotes on the list. Which rule did that break?

Same rules apply to these profiles that have their favourite quotes, social handles, and business names in their bio. @H.R. PufnStuf is active. All I can do is bring attention to profiles in violation of rules I am also held accountable for, and let mods do their job, right? 😉

I say newish because I used to chat here a while ago in college. The website and rules are a lot different now, but I recognised an old chatter after they started calling me a catfish (again). In 2017 Ash called me a catfish and put my full name in the chat claiming it's the person I'm posing as, in an attempt to "prove" I was catfishing. She denied doing this present day, and when I was able to recover an old screenshot of her doing so, I was kicked from the chat by HR PufnStuf. Reason: "Posting another user's photo; it's in the rules you like to quote."
When I returned, I said the forum rules don't say it has to be another chatter's pic it says "anyone else's" meaning anyone besides yourself, and suggested he should kick everyone using a photo of another person. He said it has to be another chatter (another one of those grey area/mod discretion rules). I asked if posting someone's full name (what Ash did) in the chat is considered one of of those grey areas to him as well, to which he responded he doesn't get involved in chat drama/ personal disputes. From that point on I ignored him, and talked to my sister about a game I was playing. I looked away from the chat for a min because I got shanked in the game, and when I looked back I was kicked for... calling a mod racist? I hadn't even spoken to him, or in the chat in general for a while. I was in game? WTF? At this point he's just making stuff up! I went on a guest to ask him how I called him "racist" if I was in game and the last person I @ was my sister. He said I was evading and kicked me again.. What a great way to dodge a question again. Someone told me to speak to @Chatmaster about it.

And no, you said it was your first time at chat Avenue now you're changing your story. I didn't post "your name" at all in chat yesterday and you did call Hr racist. Why are you backtracking now?

Lotion, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Mine, is that if a disgraced former mod like you, known to lurk and troll on the ave , who spends his days boasting on how he has gotten mods and admins *fired* if that person thinks Im not a good volunteer- im totally good with that.

HR PufnStuf also booted my sister and I after pointing out racist comments directed at us. We were chatting when Mysteriosonic starting tagging us saying "gtfo hood rat" "or go **** yourselves over George Floyd's death" It was random, and completely uncalled for. Mysteriosonic even boasted being white. When I brought it to HR's attention, he said that if I had a problem I should flag it so mods can see it. When I flagged it he said that he wasn't familiar with the term "hood rat" and refused to do anything about it. After defining the word as a derogatory term most often directed at black women, he dismissed it. Said that he wasn't going to do anything because he wasn't convinced. Mysteriosonic continue to make negative comments about black communities, labelling blacks as "thugs", etc. Other users even agreed that Mysteriosonic's comments were indeed racially directed, especially considering my sister were profiled as being black despite being South Asian with naturally dark skin. It was obvious, but HR PufnStuf refused to research it, and refused to see it. Instead he muted my sister and I, telling us that it will have to be reviewed by administration. After being unmuted my sister pasted the rule that says racism is not tolerated. I replied saying there is "no grey area" for what just happened in regards to that rule. We were then kicked from the chat. Mysteriosonic faced no disciplinary action. So apparently pointing out racist comments, and defining racist remarks is against the rules, according to HR PufnStuf.

We are not allowed to kick without warning. you and your *sister* were **** talking another chatter in mutal agreed chat combat. When you got butthurt you demanded the we kick and placed a specious race card.

last I checked, being called an *impoverished promiscuous* woman isnt racist. Might be rude, might be offensive, but thats what the iggy button is fore.
 
Oh, I forgot you apply different rules to regs. When i posted a screenshot of Ash’s profile messaging my account I was kicked. Reason given “posting another user’s photo.” I was only proving she had doxxed me. BabyKay posts my ifunny claiming my pic is from a meme (a lie) and instead of receiving the same disciplinary action @H.R. PufnStuf is seen just telling her “um let’s not.”
Regs can do anything they’d like without even a mute, but i can’t quote the gen chat rules without getting kicked. You’re saying quoting the rules is against the rules.

No one demanded that you kick anyone. I simply pointed out racist remarks. Explained why it was racist, and was muted and kicked for stating racism is not tolerated. No one ever said they can't express their opinion. But you blatantly saw the two DARK SKINNED people being attacked with racially derogatory terms. It wasn't a discussion or disagreement. Other people pointed out that it was racist. You refused to research, and called us "trolls". You decided to take action AGAINST US for explaining that what was happening was racist. Pun not intended, but if multiple people are saying "hey, that's racist" in black and white, then maybe that should be addressed before anything else. All I'm saying is your first course of action should NOT have been to discipline people pointing out racist comments.

PufnStuf is claiming saying things like “the blacks,” “you thugs” “you people” “i’m glad i’m not where near close to black” “i’m glad that hoodrat george floyd is dead” is not discrimination towards black people in anyway?We aren’t even black ourselves so to say we are butthurt by what was said and played a race card is completely outrageous.
When i redid my bio there were three quotes in a list that said “my favourite quotes.” You deleted my bio and kicked me claiming i’ve called you racist after applying one of the quotes in my favourite quotes list to yourself. And now i see why you felt some type of way about THAT specific quote.
